Which sports does Lan play? → She swims, does aerobics and plays badminton. b. Does Nam play table tennis? → Yes, he does. A. Warm up : - A small talk among T and Ss is made. The following may be used as cues. a. Do you like listening to music? b. What do you do in your free time? B. New lesson : T’s and Ss’ activities : 1. Presentation : -Ss are introduced the lesson through the pictures in textbooks. -Ss listen to the tape twice to get good pronunciation from native speakers. The lesson contents : B.1) Listen and Repeat. -Ss are explained new words. * New words : -go to the movies -go fishing -play video games. 2. Practice : -Ss are asked to ask and answer about the 6 pictures (B.1). -Ss work in pairs, asking and answering about the 6 pictures. -Ss present their work to class. -T corrects Ss’ mistakes. - Then Ss are asked to practice asking and answering about the 6 person in textbooks (Phuong, Ly, Nam, Lan, Tuan, Long). * Production : -Ss are asked to talk to one another, using the question “What do (does) you (he/ she/ they) do in free time?”.
