Period:1 st Date of teaching: sep 11 th , 2007 HOW TO LEARN ENGLISH 8 T gets acquainted with Ss and notes somethings. *The first:T introduces the programmes of english book 8. -16 units -7 sections/unit (Getting started, Listen and read, Speak, Listen, Read,Write, Language focus) -3periods in a week. *The second: Each Ss must have enough books (English book and exercise book) and two notebooks (English writing & Exercise) *The third:T reviews some grammars for Ss in English book 7. @ Tenses:-Simple present tense. -Present continuous tense. -Simple past tense. -Simple future. @ Ss do exercises in exercise book 7 (VI-p7,II-p9,VI-p14,III-p15) _ -Give feedback:Ss write their answer keys on the board .T and others correct.
