MOTION TO DETERMINE STATUS OF THE CASE The U.S. Trustee, Region 8, moves the Court for a determination of the status of the above-referenced cases. These administratively consolidated Chapter 11 cases were filed in September and October 2006. Immediately after these cases were filed, a Chapter 11 Trustee was appointed. These Chapter 11 cases have been pending on the docket of this Court for over four years without a disclosure statement or a plan of reorganization having been filed. The U.S. Trustee requests that the Chapter 11 Trustee advise the Court and all interested parties as to the status of these cases. WHEREFORE, the U. S.
