I Executive Summary

Internships shape professional development, bridge the gap between play and work.Intoday's labour market, they are a must-have for students In most cases, unfortunately,students find it hard to locate internships that would suit them perfectly After his heart-wrenching rejection, knowing that Duy (our leader) would get bombarded with anotherdozen work-related questions, all he wanted was to say, "I want to see if there is aneasier way to do this." The challenge, therefore, gave birth to InternMatch, a platformdriven by the founding team's own experiences with the difficulties posed by traditionalways of finding worthwhile internships The very problem InternMatch aims to solvewith a simplified approach is offering a bridge for internship seekers and companiesthrough a user-friendly interface; advanced algorithms and the most advanced AI-basedfeatures matching candidates with opportunities based on their skills, preferences, andacademic backgrounds

Our customers are tech students and recent graduates looking for interns with goodskills Some surveys show that more than 75% of students still use old methods ofsearching for internship opportunities The internship market is huge and by proving tocapture a precinct of 10% market share within five years, we will focus on Technologystudents, forming strategic partnerships with educational institutions and businesses

To maintain our edge over the competition, we have filed much-needed patents for ourunique matching algorithm and AI-based interview preparation feature Our blend ofinnovations and our unique approach to tech internships and school connections hasmade us something different from the large job boards The founding team includesstudents who are majoring in technology and the advisor is Dr Tran Cong Thanh, whohas been in business for a long time

According to the financial projections, we expect consistent growth, with the revenuefrom $10,000 in the first year to $50,000 in the third year The growth will be ensured

by the subscription fees charged by educational institutions and businesses, plus thepresence of a freemium model for students For us to be able to make a launch andfurther expansion of our platform successful, we need $50,000 as a platformdevelopment, marketing, and operational costs support The funding will be ourplatform to become a leading one in connecting students and fresh graduates withinternship opportunities that are worth their effort

InternMatch will try to address three major challenges faced by students in seekinginternships First, there is a general lack of accessible and diverse internshipopportunities tailored according to the needs of the students Second, incomplete,outdated, or irrelevant information complicates finding suitable internships that matchtheir preferences, skills, and academic backgrounds Finally, lacking interviewpreparation tools and other kinds of support, many graduate-school aspirants feel ill-equipped to tackle the application process.
