1.1.1 History of formation and development

Cen Group Company was established in 2002 under Decision No 0103000476 made by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment With functions including investment, rental, brokerage, consulting, exploitation, real estate appraisal

Collaborative leadership is a trend that fosters a close bond between managers, employees, and partners to bring a business model that requires a more agile, and inclusive approach to accomplishing goals The difference when applying this leadership style to partners is that collaboration requires the positive contribution of every employee, harnessing the diversity of each person to transform into creative strength and inspiring them to create valuable things Leaders are expected to engage teams and organizations with a vision to lead the implementation and achievement of the business objectives with collaborative units From the perspective of a business that is receiving foreign capital investment, Shark Hung said that there are points that need to be studied carefully before agreeing to receive capital
