1 OBJECTIVE:1.1 Abstract (Summary)

Masahiro Fukuhara - CEO of the Tokyo-based Institute of Human Analytics Startup (IGS) proposed the idea: get rid of the "intuition" of people and instead use "Big Data" as a tool, a rational tool to evaluate separate data points between multiple people, not only that, but also use integration with Machine learning and AI to develop a logical, objective, and constantly improving model that enhances the ability to recruit, screen and develop human resources

From the 7-year milestone of establishment, GROW has taken steps to develop and successfully gain several trusted customers, since then there have arisen many new problems that need to be solved such as:

GROW a reliable replacement partner that customers can trust, entrusting an important area such as human resource management

1.2 The objective of our proposal

From the momentum of the successful 7-year milestone, GROW's current top goal is to accelerate the improvement of old technologies and to innovate and create new technologies to continue to remain a pioneer in the industry field

1.3 Supplement the objective with numbers

As of June 2017, GROW had 74,000 users, including students at prestigious and lesser-known universities Customers include Mitsubishi Corporation, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Septeni, DeNA, Rakuten, AXA and many others Even government organizations such as the Ministry of Economy, Trade & Industry of Japan (METI) and the United Arab Emirates participate

2.2 Fix some disadvantages of Grow

2.3 Improve employee performance when using GROW data:

Human resources management and designated department heads need to be trained in GROW functions to make correct use of Grow data results, because AI can perpetuate bias and system discrimination The relevant parts of the organization also need to be careful in how to use Grow to lead to the treatment of employees, especially in decision-making, because the results generated by AI are still a sensitive issue, skepticism in an organization

GROW must be trained in criteria such as educational organization, nurturing creativity, employee satisfaction, and so on, with the right supervision of the human factor and with adequate input data
