The past two-month internship at HaNoi Open Tourism TradeAnd Investment Joint Stock Company has helped me gainvaluable lessons and opportunities to experience future work inmy major More importantly, internship is a time for students totry their hand at work, orient their future career and gain moreconfidence when encountering the real environment First of all,I would like to express my sincere thanks and deep gratitude tothe teachers of Thanh Do University, during the three years ofstudying and training at the school, so that I have a solidluggage as a foundation to used during practice.

It can be said that in the past years, along with the trend of market economy, Vietnam's economy has developed strongly, and Vietnam's position has been enhanced in the international arena The tourism industry has become one of the official service economic sectors that contribute to the country's economic growth In which, the appearance of many domestic and international travel companies has brought a good signal tothis fledgling economic sector.In particular, every year it has attracted millions of international visitors to Vietnam, generating huge foreign currency revenue.

Facing the strong development trend of this "smokeless industry", many organizations and investors have seized the opportunity to open companies, centers, enterprises, tourismservices business HaNoi Open Tourism Trade And Investment Company is also one of them, although it is under competition from large, established, more experienced companies, all employees in the company are people who are passionate about the profession, always innovating and creating, so that the company now has a high position in the hearts of tourists and has a foothold in the tourism market in Vietnam and the region.

CHAPTER 1: GENERAL INFORMATION ON INTERNSHIPPLACE

- Hanoi Open Trade and Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company was established in early 2008 and was created and developed by experienced leaders, professional and creative working style with business activities The original

business was organizing travel programs for foreign tourists to visit Vietnam

- Up to now, through the process of construction and continuous development, Hanoi Open Tourism has becomeone of the leading prestigious travel agencies in the field of tourism, always trusted and supported by partners and customers

- With the motto "Continuous innovation" and the policy of diversifying products and ensuring the fulfillment of its commitments, Hanoi Open Tourism not only focuses on improving service quality in depth.

- Currently, our business areas are increasingly expanding: domestic and foreign travel business, providing air tickets, renting new passenger cars from 4-45 seats,

accommodation services – resort, restaurant service, office for rent, event organization (MICE) and tourism communication, etc.

1.2 Organizational structure:

 Visa Department: Assume responsibility for compiling the

documents required to apply for a visa for groups and individuals.

Work directly with the consulate on the issues of supplementing documents and receiving visas for the company.
