I Introduction

A Purpose of the report

The scientific and technological revolution has brought about drastic changes to the world Vietnam is also developing day by day and is alo taking steps on the path of integration into that revolution One of those steps is to apply information technology to economic activities to bring benefits to society in general and the economy in particular

HotShoes is an online business based on processes which are outdated In this research project,

we will conduct a research to analyze and find the right applications for the company's operations

B Introduction

1 History

In 2017, HotShoes was launched in Viet Nam with the orientation of being an e-commerce platform, acting as a social network serving the needs of buying and selling shoes for users By using the online operating system, delivery and payment support, HotShoes make it easier for users to have a preview about products and easier to buy their products

2 Business Model

HotShoes business model is B2C Just buying and selling between the company and customers

3 Advantages and Disadvantages

a Advantages

- HotShoes orders shoes from US UK so the quality of the products is always good

- Gain more profit because they do not have to rent a place

- Have their own shipper so customers do not have to worry about late delivery

- Do not need to be in stock for immediate sale, when the customers need, HotShoes can order

later

b Disadvantages

- Sometimes HotShoes company easily gets scam, or ghost order

- Customers can not try on shoes

- Scarcely, HotShoes has late order lead to customer dissatisfaction

4 Problems

Currently, to operate and control orders, HotShoes company uses excel But when they have more orders, using excel seem not enough for them HotShoes has the disorder orders, and it’s

— Marketing consists of all that a company does to identify customers’ needs and design

products and services that meet those needs The marketing function also includes promoting goods and services, determining how the goods and services will be delivered, and developing a pricing strategy to capture market share while remaining competitive

In day’s technology-driven business environment, marketing is also responsible for building and overseeing a company’s Internet presence (e.g., the company Web site,

blogs, social media campaigns, etc.) Today, social media marketing is one of the fastest growing sectors within the marketing function

Accounting

— Accountants provide managers with information needed to make decisions about the allocation of company resources This area is ultimately responsible for accurately representing the financial transactions of a business to internal and external parties, government agencies, and owners/investors Financial Accountants are primarily responsible for the preparation of financial statements to help entities both inside and outside the organization assess the financial strength of the company Managerial

managing a company’s funds Finance managers plan for both short- and long-term

well-bemg of the business A company’s finance department answers questions about

how funds should be raised (loans vs stocks), the long-term cost of borrowing funds, and the implications of financing decisions for the long-term health of the business

automatically add to cart then give the customer the payment method

At this section, the Customer Support will assemble the orders of customers’s information such

as: ID, address, package and deliver the product to Delivery Center

The Delivery Center will receive the product and they will entrust to their Shipper to deliver it If the product is failed to delivered for some times or deliver process have some troubles, the order

will be cancel, the product will be returned to shop and it will be refunded If the deliver process

is success, the Sale Software will create a note for both seller and customer and will record the

revenue

Information systems are being used to support online selling/services activities

is not the case MIS focuses on designing, administering and operating information systems, analyzing data, connecting stakeholders in organizations and businesses with information technology experts, as well as knowing how to do this, how to make your business more efficient and competitive
