I Introduction

A Purpose of the report

The scientific and technological revolution has brought about drastic changes to the world Vietnam is also developing day by day and is alo taking steps on the path of integration into that revolution One of those steps is to apply information technology to economic activities to bring benefits to society in general and the economy in particular

HotShoes is an online business based on processes which are outdated In this research project, we will conduct a research to analyze and find the right applications for the company's operations

B Introduction

1 History

In 2017, HotShoes was launched in Viet Nam with the orientation of being an e-commerce platform, acting as a social network serving the needs of buying and selling shoes for users By using the online operating system, delivery and payment support, HotShoes make it easier for users to have a preview about products and easier to buy their products

- Have their own shipper so customers do not have to worry about late delivery

- Do not need to be in stock for immediate sale, when the customers need, HotShoes can order

— Operations is where inputs (factors of production) are converted to outputs (goods and services)

— Operations is like the heart of a business, pumping out goods and services in a quantity and of a quality that meets the needs of the customers The operations manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, which can encompass everything from ordering raw materials to scheduling workers to produce tangible goods Marketing

— Marketing consists of all that a company does to identify customers’ needs and design

products and services that meet those needs The marketing function also includes promoting goods and services, determining how the goods and services will be delivered, and developing a pricing strategy to capture market share while remaining competitive

— Accountants provide managers with information needed to make decisions about the allocation of company resources This area is ultimately responsible for accurately representing the financial transactions of a business to internal and external parties, government agencies, and owners/investors Financial Accountants are primarily responsible for the preparation of financial statements to help entities both inside and outside the organization assess the financial strength of the company Managerial

how funds should be raised (loans vs stocks), the long-term cost of borrowing funds, and the implications of financing decisions for the long-term health of the business

will be cancel, the product will be returned to shop and it will be refunded If the deliver process is success, the Sale Software will create a note for both seller and customer and will record the

revenue

Information systems are being used to support online selling/services activities

Management information systems is the study of people, devices, and processes that collect, analyze, evaluate, and distribute accurate information to decision makers in an organization Many people think that MIS is similar to Information Technology or computer science, but that is not the case MIS focuses on designing, administering and operating information systems, analyzing data, connecting stakeholders in organizations and businesses with information technology experts, as well as knowing how to do this, how to make your business more efficient and competitive
