Alongside the advancements in technology and the impact of the Covid pandemic, we have recognized the significant role of technology and social media platforms in business, facilitating quick and convenient access to our products for customers Therefore, we are determined to expand our sales channels to various e-commerce platforms like Shoppee, Tiktok Shop, and leverage popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram This strategic move allows us to reach a wider audience, enhance customer engagement, and provide a seamless shopping experience in the digital realm

As our pet shop continues to experience growth, we have encountered some challenges related to inventory management and order processing The popularity and high demand for our products have resulted in frequent stockouts and inventory shortages, impacting our ability to meet

customer needs Additionally, the management of orders, both online and offline, has become

Step 1: The store will begin by conducting market research to gather insights into the popular styles and designs of the product lines This research will involve collecting information and analyzing previous sales activities, including customer data, product feedback, shopping habits,

and bestselling products The collected data will then be synthesized and sent to the design department and marketing departments

Step 2: Then with the design department, the information will be analyzed, then ideas, meetings,

and creating a product listing

Step 3: The supplier will initiate the procurement process to obtain the requested products They

will coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, or other sources to acquire the products

Step 4: After receiving the finished product from the supplier, a method of inspection will be applied to complete the developed items Qualified products will be sent to the store's storage while unqualified ones will be sent back to the supplier The products in the warehouse are also clearly entered in the quantity and information on the Sapo system

Product Marketing and Sales

Step 1: Upon receiving information from the initial stage of market research, the store's marketing team will thoroughly analyze, discuss, agree upon, and formulate effective marketing

plans

Step 2: Execute the marketing plans through diverse media channels, including traditional marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce platforms This data will also be looped back to Step 1 during the data collection process

Step 3: Following a targeted marketing period, the store will reach out to potential clients and produce sales possibilities

Step 4: Company employees will provide product recommendations and advice to customers via fanpages or e-commerce channels

Step 5: After receiving guidance, customers will have the autonomy to select their desired products and quantities for purchase

Step 6: For e-commerce platform purchases, customers can directly place orders and make online payments as the e-commerce inventory is seamlessly integrated with the Sapo warehouse management system Data and order information will be promptly forwarded to Step 8 In the case of fanpage purchases, consultants will utilize the computer system to check warehouse availability If a product is out of stock, proceed to Step 6.5 If it is in stock, proceed to Step 7 Step 6.5: Ifa product is unavailable, consultants will suggest alternative models with similar designs and customer preferences Should the customer agree to the purchase and the product is

in stock, staff members will confirm the order

Step 7: Employees initiate the creation of new orders within the Sapo system, inputting customer information to confirm the order

Step 7.5: At this stage, if customers opt for online payment, the salesperson will furnish them

with account details and payment methods Once the customer successfully completes the

payment, the sales staff will confirm with the customer and update the system accordingly
