KiotViet is the most popular sales management software today in Vietnam The software was developed by KiotViet Technology Joint Stock Company in 2014 Up

to now, KiotViet software has reached the milestone of more than 200,000 businesses using it with more than 10,000 new stores each month This software is designed for retail stores, helping store owners manage their entire business operations easily and effectively [1]

1.1 Warehouse manager

The warehouse manager is responsible for overall warehouse operations, including warehousing, warehousing, warehouse inventory, etc KiotViet software helps warehouse management easier and more effective by providing features such as:

5.4 Delivery

- Confirm goods status: The delivery person needs to confirm the status of the

goods in the order, including packaging status, product condition, etc

- Recording goods status: After delivery, the delivery person needs to record
