ABSTRACT

With the current needs of both investors and customers, they want that the wooden products produced must be both fast, with good quality and reasonable price The thing to create that comes from the control in the woodworking and processing process The more this process is optimized and perfected in the production process, the higher the machining productivity will be while ensuring the output quality From there will achieve the purpose of increasing profits and reasonable prices

This thesis is conducted to study the basic theory of wood milling process and methods to solve optimization problems From there, set up and solve the optimal problem to give the best machine parameter results to improve the production process to meet reality or can serve as a basis for the design of wood milling machines The content of this thesis is divided into 5 chapters and a conclusion, each chapter includes the following contents:

Chapter 1: Including the problem, the urgency, giving the reasons why we should carry out this topic and collecting some typical data from relevant studies at home and abroad

Chapter 2: This chapter will introduce the theoretical foundations from which it is feasible to implement the topic, the theory consists of 2 main parts: the basis of shaping wood milling and the optimal problem solving methods

Chapter 3: This chapter will provide a theoretical overview of the main objectives and key constraints that will be relevant in Chapter 4 as we develop the problem

Chapter 4: This chapter will collect the necessary data from the input to conduct the planning to give the relevant regression equations in the optimization problem Then proceed to set up the optimization problems and give the solution equations and give the results to satisfy the established problems Applying those results to create databases that can be applied in practice

Chapter 5: Conduct an evaluation of the obtained results, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the research in this thesis
