The color scheme of the brochure is very reasonable The contrast between the letters and the main color tone is not too bright, and the font is very interesting with bold strokes to emphasize the important meaning of the trip "Discover" -

"Experience" - "Enjoy" Brief title clearly stating the purpose of the brochure

“Vietnamese culinary tour”

Interest:

Interesting photos can attract viewers because the daily activities of Vietnamese people are simple and rustic such as farming, selling food, selling food at the market, on a boat etc At the same time, the introduction is short but concise, introducing the activities that can be experienced while on this tour such as learning traditional cooking techniques from the locals or enjoy the typical dishes and landscapes of the Asian land

Desire:

The rest of the content shows different prices for long or short trips, departure and ending locations, temporary accommodation and tour activities The fact that the brochure lists these details helps the viewer see the benefits of the trip to motivate their desire

Action:

Contact details are very complete from phone number, website, address to map In addition, the contents of the description meet most of the favorite activities and needs of tourists

1.1.2 Brochure 3 (ALISTAIRKB, 2015)

Attention:

The main blue tone looks quite old, and the color scheme is unnatural The logo is nice, and the title is fine, but the headers of the pieces of information don't have a distinctive feature that distinguishes them from the content The description is very long, the font size is too small, and the font is not suitable

Interest:

The content of the brochure is many and detailed, but combined with many images, it makes viewers confused and difficult to grasp the main information Brochures have no pricing information and that reduces customer interest in the service

Advertising materials receive little interest from customers so creating a desire for service is quite difficult However, the document does talk about biographies and activities in quite detail, which can slightly influence the customer's desire

Action:

The content of the service is clear and full of activities and necessary needs for customers Brochure has a map to introduce in advance the places that passengers are going to However, leading customers to "action" is difficult because of the lack of contact details

Brochure 2 is the best brochure because:

+ The interesting photos and content

+ The content is full, detailed and attractive, making it easy for customers to recognize and choose according to their intersts and needs

+ The price list that easily leads customers to "Action" decision and a variety of relevant and customer-friendly contact information

Brochure 3 is the worst brochure because:

+ The parameters of the text format are terrible, giving a bad impression to the customer's attention For examples : inappropriate fonts, small font sizes, outdated color scheme, lengthy and rambling content

+ The combination of lengthy content and too many images confuses customers + The absence of price lists and contact methods has severed the link between the customer and the decision to spend money

CHAPTER TWO Learning Experiences At FTU

2.1 The Reflective Review (Romero, 2020)

Foreign Trade University is a university where the majority of high school students are not only Vietnamese students but also international students who have always wished

to have the opportunity to study here Although my journey with the school has not been long, but as a student, I would like to confide and share a few things about my wonderful learning experiences when taking the first steps of my student life

Previously, I was a pupil with a normal academic performance and had no

ambitious.This gradually became an obstacle and caused bad effects on me such as stagnation in my studies, negative thoughts and actions, even losing motivation and confidence Fortunately, one of my relative introduced me and my parents about this lovely school - FTU However, I still hesitated to apply for an affiliate education program

of FTU because I was quite self-deprecating and thought that I were not good enough to pursue the career that I wanted I finally decided to enroll in the school and the result was amazing as everything seemed to have changed since my first day of admission I don't know if it is due to the friendliness of the teachers and new friends or the professionalism

and virtuosity of the educational environment here, which broke my inferiority and made

me more active

First, I was really delighted as my studies progress Although the continuation of the Covid pandemic made it impossible for students to directly study at the school, online learning has opened a new direction for education in this technology age I know that teacher-student interaction in face-to-face learning is important and irreplaceable, but online learning also brings many benefits As I have witnessed, online learning allows me

to view my grades as well as track my progress The flexibility it offers allows anyone to learn from any location and at any time My studies have been more efficient because I

no longer have to worry about missing any information or time, even the deadlines of assignments At first, I was a bit scared to study online, but the enthusiasm of teachers and friends helped me overcome Also, Communicating via video chats helps me feel less alone while studying

Secondly, Participating in online events is a pleasure and a privilege for me This helped

me broaden my horizons about relationships and other activities in the FTU The speakers were all very knowledgeable and had a very attractive speaking style, and that made it possible for me to learn a lot from them The teachers are very nice and patient, they gave detailed instructions on how to use the tools in the platforms This is very helpful for people who are new to these types of online events or who have never used platforms like these

In particular, what impressed me the most was that not only my classmates but also other classmates were very friendly, sociable and open They easily help each other like they've known each other for a long time This really helped me a lot when I was confused and had problems in my first online learning as well as entering a more advanced educational environment

Finally, I look forward to the time when the COVID-19 epidemic situation is relieved so that I can go directly to the school, experience the quality of the facilities and be taught

by a team of professional teachers at FTU- The university that I always dreamed of Certainly, I will learn a lot here, where I decided to entrust my future and my career
