3.2 Advantages and disadvantages of the group when conducting job analysis:

Advantages:

- Receive detailed guidance from the lecturer

- Members in the group cooperate well and have a good team spirit

- Tasks for each member in the group are clearly divided

- The group receives the consent to participate in the interview of Ms Ngoc Tram

- The interview session goes smoothly and the contribution of Ms Ngoc Tram has greatly helped the group in completing the assignment

Disadvantages:

- It is the first time the group has conducted an interview, so they are still inexperienced

- The group has not thoroughly researched the interviewee, causing the work progress to slow down

- The group has not allocated time for work properly, leading to work backlog

Working in teams helps share knowledge, experience, and successfully complete tasks When preparing interview questions, it is essential to closely follow the information in the job description, avoiding vague questions that waste time and do not yield useful information for the group assignment

When interviewing guests, it is crucial to thoroughly research the guest before contacting them for the interview
