Hello teacher, my name is Nguyen Thanh Trung I’m 21 years old and I’m from Long An city I’m a student at FPT Polytechnic Today, I would like to talk about my favorite electronic device

I have many electronic devices, but my favorite one is my smartphone it's a iPhone smartphone and it’s black I bought it for 19 millions VND in 2022 I use it for study, chat with my friends, listen to music, play games and watch movies I like it because it is very convenient and compact One thing I don’t like is the battery is quite old.

Hello teacher, my name is Trung Today, I want to talk about my fitness and eating habits

I think I'm in good shape because I do physical activities regularly I play basketball, run, swim, play soccer, and ride my bike These activities help me stay fit and have energy I usually spend about two hours running or

swimming I go to the park for running and the local tennis court or community pool for other sports To stay in shape, I watch what I eat I eat grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meat every day Sometimes, I have desserts, but not too often I avoid fatty foods because they're not good for my health and fitness goals For drinks, I mainly drink water to stay hydrated during my workouts Sometimes, I have herbal tea or freshly squeezed fruit juice Some healthy eating habits include eating regular meals, having smaller portions, and eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables Unhealthy habits include drinking sugary drinks, eating processed snacks, and skipping meals It's important to avoid fast food because it's high in unhealthy fats, salt, and sugar Eating fast

Hello teacher, my name is Trung Today, I would like to talk about my recent vacation to Dalat city.

First of all, I really love going on vacation, as it allows me to take a break from my daily routine and explore new places During my recent trip to Dalat, I had an incredible experience I don't go on vacation too often, but whenever I get the chance, I make the most of it On my last trip, I went to Dalat city, which is a beautiful highland destination in Vietnam It is famous for its picturesque landscapes, charming French architecture, and lovely flower gardens I went there with my family, and we traveled by car, enjoying the scenic journey along the way We stayed in Dalat for five days, and the weather was quite pleasant during our visit The food was delicious, especially the local specialties like Da Lat's artichoke tea and strawberry jam The people were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home During our stay, we visited many tourist spots, including the Valley of Love, Xuan Huong Lake, and the Crazy House, which was an architectural wonder We also explored the surrounding countryside and admired the beauty of the terraced fields.

In general, I had a great time and a lot of fun with my family in Dalat city One thing I loved most about the vacation was the opportunity to spend quality time with my loved ones, creating beautiful memories together Although our trip was mostly smooth, we had a small mishap when we got caught in a sudden rainstorm during our visit to the Datanla Waterfall However, we managed to find shelter and made the best of the situation by enjoying the natural beauty of the place even in the rain Given the remarkable experience we had in Dalat, I would definitely love to visit the city again in the near future The serene atmosphere, friendly people, and breathtaking sights make it an ideal destination for relaxation and exploration.

That brings me to the end of my talk about my vacation in Dalat city Overall, it was an amazing trip filled with wonderful moments and beautiful sights I am grateful for the opportunity to visit such a charming place with my family Thank you for listening.

Hello teacher, my name is Trung Today, I would like to talk about my personal dress code and clothing preferences.

First of all, I think I have a simple fashion style I prefer comfortable and versatile clothes that I can wear on various occasions Casual clothes are my go-to choice; they usually consist of jeans, a T-shirt, and sometimes a polo shirt I like this style because it allows me to look active and energetic while being at ease throughout the day.

When it comes to special events like weddings or parties, I do care about how I look and want to follow new fashion trends For such occasions, I might opt for a turtleneck or a blazer, which adds a touch of sophistication to my outfit I go shopping for clothes quite regularly, maybe once every few months, to update my wardrobe with new styles Sometimes I shop online for convenience, but I also enjoy visiting clothing stores to try on different outfits Usually, I buy my clothes myself, as I like to pick out things that resonate with my style However, occasionally, my family members also surprise me with some clothing gifts.

In my school, we don't have a strict uniform policy Students are expected to dress smartly and politely, but we can wear our choice of clothes as long as they are appropriate for the school environment.
