I INTRODUCTION

"Job Planning and Employability" is a crucial topic in self-discovery and choosing the proper career route so that you may focus entirely on your work without having any regrets This is another crucial element that affects how successful a person's life is I was able to set my future goals with this topic and build a strong foundation of knowledge and abilities for my professional path simultaneously

The following self-evaluation is divided into two sections: a complete list of my preferred industries (job description, my strengths and weaknesses, and the gap between my skills and requirements), and documents needed throughout the application process are included in the appendices and the job requirements section, respectively

II EVALUATION

A INTERNAL PERSONAL ANALYSIS

In this stage, I utilized the 16Personalities and the Belbin Test to measure my personality using various personality tests' thinking questions, hobbies, and situational answers These two currently well-liked tools helped me improve the accuracy of my self-evaluation In this case, the Belbin exam will ascertain my active participation in a working group, and 16Personalities will reveal what kind of person I am and what my position in society is The names below represent the insights I gained into myself using both technologies

1 Personality: Turbulent Logistician

Logisticians take great delight in their honesty When they commit to accomplishing something, people with this personality type make sure to follow through [CITATION Log \l

1033 ] Based on this characteristic, I was also able to recognize in myself the usual advantages and disadvantages of the Logistician

Strength

Honest and Direct: I like to handle the realities of the circumstances I meet with straightforward honesty rather than using emotional manipulation, mind games, or soothing falsehoods

Strong-willed and Dutiful: I will work hard and stay focused on my goals Patient and determined, I always meet my obligations, period

sleep than fail to deliver the results I said I would.

Calm and Practical: I keep my feet on the ground and make clear rational decisions

My preferences are a factor to consider in this process, and I work to make the best use of individual qualities, but these decisions are made with effectiveness in mind more so than empathy The same applies to criticisms, of others and me

Create and Enforce Order: My primary goal is to be effective in what I’ve chosen to

do, and I believe that this is accomplished best when everyone involved knows

exactly what is going on and why Unclear guidelines and people who break

established rules undermine this effort and are rarely tolerated by me

Weaknesses

Stubborn: I tend to resist any new idea that isn’t supported by them This factual decision-making process also makes it difficult for me to accept that I was wrong about something

Insensitive: While not intentionally harsh, I often hurt more sensitive types of feelingswith the simple mantra that honesty is the best policy My personality may consider emotions, but only so far as to determine the most effective way to say what needs to

be said

Judgmental: Opinions are opinions and facts are facts, and I am unlikely to respect people who disagree with those facts, especially those who remain willfully ignorant.Often Unreasonably Blame Myself: Since I’ve heaped the responsibility on myself, I usually then believe the responsibility for failure is my alone to bear

And here are the two positions that suit me best:

Monitor / Evaluator: I can provide a logical perspective, render objective decisions when needed, and dispassionately evaluate the team's choices

Co-Ordinator: It was necessary to concentrate on the team's goals, mobilize team members, and assign tasks effectively

B EXTERNAL VERIFICATION

To achieve this, I prepared a survey that I distributed to individuals who had interacted with

me in the past, including students, club members, coworkers, etc To be able to confirm that

my self-evaluation is accurate, I will need to gather answers to three basic sorts of questions

most clearly while dealing with other people, and it is evident from the responses given abovethat monitors and evaluators need these three strengths as well.

The fact that I frequently assume the position of leader, plan, and oversee the members' working process while in groups with individuals is also supported by the fact that similar to their response, I may also play the role of strategist for the implementation of given projects

or tasks

right now, which interferes with my capacity to communicate and maintain control of my performance while overseeing several jobs and projects at once In addition, with feedback from everyone, I need to focus on my attitude toward listening to team members' perspectivesand temper my aggression so that I can create a positive working atmosphere for the team members.

III CAREER RESEARCH AND GAPS EVALUATION

C EVALUATING JOB REQUIREMENT GAPS

I also realized that I still lacked a lot of information and experience in the workplace, in terms

of credentials and abilities, based on the employers' requirements for the business operation manager job In essence, the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years have been limited to running a little business—a coffee shop—and I've never actually attempted to workfor the corporation for any firm or organization, however, most employers want seasoned management for the company to expand quickly

Thus, I have offered a few suggestions to compensate for my lack of expertise and professional experience First and foremost, I must successfully finish my coursework to earn

a credential that will demonstrate to companies my degree of industry understanding I must also study and obtain other credentials linked to this area at the same time

On the other side, I'm also lacking in interpersonal communication abilities I need to schedule my free time better and spend more time socializing with my neighbours, classmates, and coworkers

IV CONCLUSION

I was able to determine your strongest ability of all common skills after analyzing all of the answers from the skills test questionnaire and comparing my skills and personality with the job requirements of the three companies mentioned earlier Take advantage of this ability to further your success in your education and career in the future I also became aware of the abilities I lacked, allowing me to concentrate on my future development in the best way possible

Overall, "Professional planning and employability" is a terrific topic for me to better understand whom I am and discover my skills and shortcomings, creating a strong foundationfor my career path
