proper career route so that you may focus entirely on your work without having any regrets This is another crucial element that affects how successful a person's life is I was able to set my future goals with this topic and build a strong foundation of knowledge and abilities for my professional path simultaneously The following self-evaluation is divided into two sections: a complete list of my preferred industries (job description, my strengths and weaknesses, and the gap between my skills and requirements), and documents needed throughout the application process are included in the appendices and the job requirements section, respectively II EVALUATION A INTERNAL PERSONAL ANALYSIS In this stage, I utilized the 16Personalities and the Belbin Test to measure my personality using various personality tests' thinking questions, hobbies, and situational answers These two currently well-liked tools helped me improve the accuracy of my self-evaluation In this case, the Belbin exam will ascertain my active participation in a working group, and 16Personalities will reveal what kind of person I am and what my position in society is The names below represent the insights I gained into myself using both technologies Personality: Turbulent Logistician Logisticians take great delight in their honesty When they commit to accomplishing something, people with this personality type make sure to follow through [CITATION Log \l 1033 ] Based on this characteristic, I was also able to recognize in myself the usual advantages and disadvantages of the Logistician Strength  Honest and Direct: I like to handle the realities of the circumstances I meet with straightforward honesty rather than using emotional manipulation, mind games, or soothing falsehoods  Strong-willed and Dutiful: I will work hard and stay focused on my goals Patient and determined, I always meet my obligations, period  Very Responsible: I would rather run myself into the ground with extra days and lost sleep than fail to deliver the results I said I would  Calm and Practical: I keep my feet on the ground and make clear rational decisions My preferences are a factor to consider in this process, and I work to make the best use of individual qualities, but these decisions are made with effectiveness in mind more so than empathy The same applies to criticisms, of others and me  Create and Enforce Order: My primary goal is to be effective in what I’ve chosen to do, and I believe that this is accomplished best when everyone involved knows exactly what is going on and why Unclear guidelines and people who break established rules undermine this effort and are rarely tolerated by me Weaknesses  Stubborn: I tend to resist any new idea that isn’t supported by them This factual decision-making process also makes it difficult for me to accept that I was wrong about something  Insensitive: While not intentionally harsh, I often hurt more sensitive types of feelings with the simple mantra that honesty is the best policy My personality may consider emotions, but only so far as to determine the most effective way to say what needs to be said  Judgmental: Opinions are opinions and facts are facts, and I am unlikely to respect people who disagree with those facts, especially those who remain willfully ignorant  Often Unreasonably Blame Myself: Since I’ve heaped the
