I Self-Introduction

My full name is Pham Chau Anh I am a current undergraduate at Foreign Trade University majoring in Marketing Management In 2021, I graduated from Thuong TinHigh School Hanoi, Vietnam, is where I was born I used to tutor English and Literature, assisting my students as they studied for the entrance exam for universities Although I work as a freelance makeup artist and stylist for some clients, I only take jobs when I have some free time I approach the beauty industry as my left-side occupation Right now, I have been working as a content creator for a Vietnamese clothing brand Also, I work as a freelanced content creator on a variety of platforms I

am running a personal podcast channel, a youtube channel, and a blog fan page on Facebook For my youtube channel, I am not running it alone but cooperating with a media Company which is Dien Quan media

II Initial activities evaluation

My long-term professional goal has always been to work as a full-time content creator.Since I was a high school student, I tried to start producing content At that time, I started making YouTube videos, but nothing came of it because I stopped doing it veryquickly As I turned 18, things began to change I had more time to consider my passion that I was officially out of high school studies With podcasts, I resumed content creation Thankfully, my channel grew in popularity, and after three months of consistent publication, it was listed in the Vietnamese podcast charts on Spotify and Apple Podcast Since then, I have continued to produce content and have also applied for other part-time content creator positions at various businesses My understandings about this Industry started with creating content for myself and my small community, then develop with creating content for small businesses

III Strengths and weaknesses evaluation & knowledge gap

From those initial activities and experiences, I am vividly aware that my knowledge about the Marketing, Communication, and Content Industry is flawed And here are

my apparent strengths and shortcomings in this area

- I am connected to a lot of people who can assist me in producing content

- I pursue a degree in marketing management because it is somewhat relevant to the field I want to work in

- I have a rich imagination and am creative

- In social situations, I have excellent motivational skills

- I have a great level of flexibility, making me competent in a variety of duties

- I am woefully lacking in knowledge about the Content industry

- My talent to write is still limited to a certain type of writing

- I struggle to identify and follow trends

- Short material, which predominates in the content market, does not appeal to me

- I am not excellent at academic studying I am more suitable for practical learning

- Lack of focus and follow through I don’t always follow through on my inspirations, and if others are not brought on board to handle the details, my best ideas may never be put into practice I rely on my initial excitement and passion too much and don’t always show the discipline necessary to translate

my ideas into real-world production

- Seeking approval from others: I am also approval-seekers, and in their desire toreceive praise and acknowledgment they may try a little too hard to make a good impression, talking too much and listening too little in the process

I have a specific number of interests I adore making art in general since I have an artistic soul Regardless of whether it is a drawing or a record I adore everything of them I practically ignore everything around me when I'm writing in order to concentrate on my words I believe I was born to tell stories, and I appreciate it when others enjoy my writing Also, I no longer sketch as much as I did when I was in primary school Once in a blue moon, I opt to sketch something solely for relaxation Since I am an extrovert, interacting with others, having fun, and teamwork are also some of my interests Yet occasionally, I discover that I enjoy being alone when I hangout

6 Where am I now?

I would like to respond by saying that I am on the nine clouds, dreaming away, but I

am unable to do so Describing the scenario I'm in at the moment, I am aware that I amsimply a regular student in my second year of college who still has a long way to go Also, I'm a novice social media content creator that constantly aspires to share my giftsand my soul I'm in the middle of my 20s, have a bunch of mess to sort through and have aspirations to advance in both my academic studies and my content business beyond where I am at present In my career ladder, I am at the ladder called warming

up and preparing

7 How do people see me?

Although I don't always follow their lead and am not very cooperative, my parents consider me as a decent child who always tries to do what is right In my parents' eyes,

I am compassionate, loving, and consistently a good student To them, I am like a priceless source of life Yet I'm also spoilt and lazy because I seldom ever do any housework at all

I'm viewed as a caring, sympathetic, and understanding person by my friends as well Occasionally they are shocked by something I had correctly guessed about them, even something about themselves that they had not observed But, I believe that they are closer to the real me than my parents are since they are aware of how undisciplined, impulsive, and mischievous I can be They value my abilities and adaptability They believe I am a person with a lot of potential and ability

Also, I have supporters that agree with what I write and say People view me as kind, gentle, and competent in my work

V Self Assessment using personality test

Personality test: MBTI

According to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and I am belonging to the ENFP type (the influencers)

ENFP stands for extrovert, intuitive feeling, and perceiving

I have taken this test previously, and each time I have gotten the same result: "ENFP." Since this test, compared to others, gave me the most accurate results, I made the decision to just report this test only And the detail that attracts me the most about this test is about famous people who have the same result as me 90 percent of them is the famous writer, such as Mark Twain.

- For the next five months, I plan to post writing and images on a daily basis to

my Facebook and Instagram fan pages, increasing my following from 1000 to 5000

- Posting two episodes of the podcast every week for the following five months, and getting to the milestone of 500.000 plays

- Passing all of the classes I am taking at school with at least an A-minus grade inthe upcoming two months

- Publishing at least 1 book before my 30s

- Setting my foot in at least 7 different countries before my 30s

Creativity (soft skill)

- Situation: I was a member of the Creative Branch for Ftu Mc and Fashion Clubs

- Task: My duties are designing clothes, creating layouts of make-up, and raising ideas and concepts for Ftu Fashion Show

- Action: I started with writing a report about my idea for the fashion show I then made a number of mood boards using various color palettes and clothing trends I also had some sketching to do at the time After I got the final sketch, concept, and mood board, I went shopping for fabric and other supplies so I could make some of the clothing myself

- Result: Ftu Fashion Show 2022 was successfully organized with some of my designed clothes in the collection

- Situation: I was a high school student at that time

- Task: One of the most important subjects I have to focus on is Literature I have

to not only study standard Literature but also study advanced one for the talent student contest

- Action: I studied so hard for the contest every day, and even study other

knowledge which was outside our curriculum at that time

- Result: I attained the award for an excellent student at city level in Literature

- Situation: I was the Secretary in high school, and now in college, I am the Monitor

- Task: Being a class officer, my duties are diversified from communicating with the professors, informing information for the class to joining in some specific meetings, helping professors and classmates with their problems, motivating them, and organizing some extra-curricular activities

- Action: I did exactly what I have to do and I also support my classmates with something out of my responsibility

- Result: I was liked and supported by all of my classmates and teachers Every thing went smoothly ever since I took these leading positions

- Situation: I am a content creator for a fashion brand

- Task: I am accountable for raising a new list of content for an Instagram

fanpage and a TikTok channel for the whole every week I have deadlines for editing 2 new videos and posting them, everyday

- Action: I submit my deadlines on time every morning
