As we all know that a person who has a balanced lifestyle will wake up early, exercise, have breakfast and go to work After work, they go back home to cook dinner, anything they like and sleep on time On his/her diet, she/he usually ate lots of vegetables, fresh fruit, less meat and rarely eat junk food Perhaps, they sometimes use smart phone in long time, but they use it for suitable reason not for silly thing Thus, a balanced lifestyle can be understood as doing things to improve health, raise the spirit to help people stay happy, positive every day and avoid bad diseases II DEVELOPMENT Status: - In the past, when the phone and other smart devices are not created, young people and elder people wake up early, have breakfast and work That is the time when people have a good health because they don't take the phone all the time as now At that time, in the space time, these children would find your friends to play, elders would read book, knit shirt, go to market or meet relative to talk - But now, these action is less, instead of appearance of the smart phone that make people entertain, find information, connect to people over the world,… From the youth to the elder, they take the phone every time even in dinner, in toilet, bathroom or anywhere else Appearance of smart devices change all the world, the life is more modern, convenient Of course, everything have two sides: negative and positive People’s health was affected a lots because of staying up late, eating much junk food and not doing exercises And almost the reason for smartphone Just taking off the phone, they don't know have to Especially, the youth is affected so much Almost of them are having bad habits : anything worse and not scientific They many silly thing although they know that is not good for their health They stay up late just to play game, chat with friends or lover not for work; eat in midnight or skip meals, which make their health have serious problem They even don’t exercise! That makes their body not balanced and obesity That's a pity! - Now and future: However, people now who are exposed to social networking platforms as Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram… are tending to be aware and learn how to take care of their health From people who stay up at night to work in vain, they know how to care about their skin every night, eat healthy and stay away from social evils Although they still use the phone with a thick frequency, they also go out more to study, exchange and experience Positive effects of a balanced lifestyle Improved work performance People who can calibrate work, private life, family, and other social events perform better at work than those who don’t There are lunch break and rest periods in between work hours to relax body and mind Having rest periods in between allows the brain to absorb more information and the body to work more efficiently Regular physical activity improves brain functioning and can help decision making at work The more you attend to your personal needs, the better you perform at work Helps You Live Longer For those determined to get the most out of their body in terms of longevity, there is a whole host of evidence that links staying healthy with longer life One study went so far as to estimate the link between only drinking alcohol in moderation, not smoking, exercising regularly, and eating a healthy diet can extend your life by up to 14 years Lower Medical Costs This may seem like a no-brainer, but by staying healthy, your medical bills will be significantly lower Lower medical costs will often lead to fewer debts and a higher credit score Increase your Fertility If you are looking for a fertile future with lots of children, the gym is the place to go Studies conducted by Harvard University researchers showed a higher sperm level among males who exercised regularly Protect your Sight This may not be a well-known aspect of living a healthy lifestyle, but your eyesight can be protected by a healthy diet and a proper diet Better vision as we age can be obtained with regular cardiovascular exercise Avoid Addictions No matter what kind of addiction you are affected by a healthy lifestyle filled with exercise can limit your desire for the addictive substance Whether your vice of choice is food, drugs, or alcohol, you will find a runner’s high just as addictive Life Insurance is Cheaper One of the primary considerations you will have when you grow older is the need to purchase life insurance to protect your family in the event of your death You may like term life insurance vs whole life insurance policies, but whichever you choose, you will face lower premiums when you live a healthy lifestyle Promotes personal growth As people age, they strive for more personal growth and development A healthy life balance allows you to achieve higher goals in life Skills and other abilities are enhanced through socialization, different experience, and trying new hobbies which you need time for People have a higher level of worth and satisfaction when they can the things they love and which help them besides work Improved relationships Spending time with people you value maintains healthy and long-lasting relationships Stress, anxiety, and other work-related issues are often carried at home affecting personal relationships With a balanced life, people can maintain healthy relationships because of less irritability and depression The rewards of hard work are more fulfilling when you can share them with friends Good friendships and relationships in return support career progression Increased focus A good life balance reduces stress which helps you to work more focused and motivated Job satisfaction is experienced, among others, when family, personal, and job requirements are being respected at the same time When you have a good job and your supervisor understands your needs, your focus and motivation to accomplish daily tasks increase Self-determination and success People have different lifestyles and values When work and other aspects of life are based on your values, you will feel more self-determined A healthy life balance enables you to enjoy life the way you want to You will achieve the greatest successes if you not only focus to gain money and success, but if you harmonize working hours with all other aspects of your life Control Your Stress The modern world we live in is undoubtedly stressful, with the ability to switch off from work being a significant problem One of the issues facing us is how to handle stress with exercise Those who live a healthy lifestyle have been proven in clinical studies to have lower levels of stress and anxiety How to Have a Balanced Lifestyle a) Physical health - Eat a balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and proteins 10 Proper nutrition can impact everything from your body to your brain We can eat a balanced diet every day by filling half of plate with vegetables and fruits, getting plenty of lean protein and avoiding processed sugars - Get at least 150 minutes of exercise a week Try different exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, playing sports or find one that you enjoy Remember, to get the most from your cardio workout, your pace should be moderately vigorous Exercise helps to keep your body stronger, which is the reason why it is an important part of a balanced life You want your body to be able to handle the things you want to - Relax your body with meditation, yoga, or self-massage Mental stress can take a physical toll on your body, so it’s important to find a little time every day to relax Activities like yoga, meditation, taking a warm bath, or giving yourself a massage may help you to relax after a tiring day Meditation helps to grow the muscle that allows you to better react and respond to the stuff of life - Get hours of sleep every night Develop a sleep routine that you stick to every night before bed Start by picking a consistent bedtime About an hour before that time, disconnect from all gadgets, take some time to relax your mind and body, put on some comfortable pajamas, and get into bed This kind of routine will help calm your mind and let it know that you're getting ready to rest for the night - Drink enough water - Say no to fast food b) Mental health - Plan out your daily tasks to keep you motivated Planning out what you have to over the course of the day can help keep you on-task and motivated At the beginning of each day or the 11 night before, take a few minutes to write out your plan for the day Include work tasks and duties, errands, hobbies, and chores, as well as personal time, family time, and time for relaxation - Set achievable goals that you can work toward every day Setting goals for both the short and long-term can help you plan what you are doing and where you are going Try writing down one or two large life goals Then, break that goal down into several smaller goals After that, break those goals down into actionable steps Setting and working towards goals can help give you confidence Goals may even be beneficial for your mental health - Do something that brings you joy every day Find some time each day to at least one thing that makes you happy This can include practicing a hobby, going out with friends, spending time with your family, or anything else that helps you disconnect from the stress of the day If you don’t have something you regularly enjoy, try picking up a new hobby like crafting, dancing, playing sports, or collecting something - Learn a new subject Mental growth and stimulation is an important part of keeping your mind healthy Keep your mind engaged by challenging yourself to learn a new subject or expand your knowledge in an area that interest you Consider things like learning a new language, taking time every day to read, learning to play a new instrument, or learning how to program - Pursuing hobbies - Give up bad habits < should ; get up early , make the bed , go out with friends ,…> - See to your spiritual well-being If you are a religious person, make time in your schedule to practice your religion This could include daily prayer or attending weekly religious services If you are not religious, you may still consider activities like meditation or taking a quiet walk in nature to help keep 12 you grounded and focused on appreciating the moment, rather than worrying about the future - take time for yourself < listen music , watch TV , read book, write book , photo shop , listen radio, cook , ….> c) Social Life - Maintain a healthy relationship with your family A healthy family dynamic should allow you to spend time with your kids, take time with just your partner, and stay connected to your parents and relatives If you have children, spend some bonding time with them every day If you have a partner, schedule a weekly date night with them Have a standing phone call with your parents once a week Connecting with your family will help keep your relationships strong - Develop a network of friends Friends are a critical part of a social network, which is why it’s important to maintain a friend group - Practice effective communication Communicating clearly and effectively helps enhance almost any interpersonal relationship Improve your communication by practicing clear, concise speaking as well as active listening Practice these skills with everyone in your daily life from your friends and family to your coworkers to the check-out clerk at the grocery store - Get involved in your community Civic engagement can help you connect with other members of your community, give back, and foster gratitude Look for areas where you can volunteer or get involved, such as coaching a local sports team, working at a food pantry, or working with your local community theater - Positive attitude d)Work-life Balance - Develop a personal financial plan 13 Healthy finances are just as important to a balanced life as physical and mental health Start simple by creating a budget that enables you to cover your current cost of living Once your budget is in place, think about tackling other financial goals such as saving for retirement, buying a home, or paying off your debt - Reduce how much work you at home whenever possible Having a physical boundary between your work life and your home life can help reinforce a healthy work-life balance Try to keep your job, including your work computer, documents, and anything else from your office, away from your personal living space - Set boundaries with both your work and personal social circles Even if you have a flexible schedule, it's important to communicate when you are and aren't available to handle work-related issues Let your boss and coworkers know if you cannot or will not respond to a a.m text asking for a report by a.m -
