problem ) there are not water move inside the pipe to cooling tower The flow switch sensor ( FS ) will send a signal to turn on this light and shutdown chilled water pump and turn on alarm This light will turn on when there are no water move inside Cold water pump problem the tube that the flow switch will send a signal and it shutdown the cold water pump beside that, turn on the alarm This light turn on when the temperature of shell compressor is higher than the Thermistor temperature that producer set up in the catalogue it will shutdown the compressor and turn on the alarm This light turn on when there are no problem with phase like loss phase revise,… the PCR Phase protection ( phase control relay ) send a signal to PLC to turn on alarm and it does not allow to turn on the equipment up screen As saying above, before running system, user must be set up al the parameter of system like high pressure, low pressure, oil pressure, temperature of cold water,… And this is the set up a system determines the appropriate settings for high-pressure relays The "set up" and "diff" values must be properly filled in during the setup process The "set up" value is the upper limit of the pressure that the sensor can measure, and if the pressure exceeds this value, the compressor will shut down to protect the system The "diff" value represents the difference between the "set up" value is deactivated and the compressor is turned on again By setting the "set up" and "diff" values based on the refrigerant used in the system, the oil pressure relay can effectively control the pressure the teachers of Thermal Engineering Technology, I was able to complete the project I have studied about operating the system through the use of a PC or laptop, so I have chosen the topic "Monitoring and controlling Chiller system by computer use PLC Siemens S7 1200" I have researched, researched and learned on industry-related documents along with learning from seniors and seniors who have been working in large companies to give more accurate results Thanks to that, I can know that the application of PLC S7-1200 in operating refrigeration systems today is gradually becoming more and more popular such as Nestle Binh An factory, Nestle Tri An, Lavie water factory in Long An they have use PLC in operating and monitoring the operating refrigeration system to check the machine's performance, COP coefficient, pressure, temperature and make predictions about errors that may be in the system encountered 5.2 Future Work For students and engineers who have just graduated from college, the use of PLCs to operate in the system is still quite new and has not been popularized in schools and classrooms, so they still have many difficulties in finding documents and handling problems difficult error to encounter However, not only did that make me frustrated, I tried to learn more about the new capabilities of the S7-1200 PLC such as using PID instruction blocks to control the inverter, using and creating web server, operating the system using the same network via router, operating the system via wifi network using both router and modem and many other applications of PLC that can be applied to operating the refrigeration system 105 Undergraduate Thesis Lecture: Lai Hoai Nam Before the development of science and technology, in this 4.0 era, the use of PLC will bring more benefits to compressor operation, protecting people from unnecessary labor accidents Not only that, the use of PLC also brings high accuracy due to the use of sensors, low-bias electronics,
