cacbonat nóng chảy PFSA: Acid perfluorosulphonate ionomer CInP Ce0.95In0.05P2O7 CLaP Ce0.95La0.05P2O7 vi PHẦN MỞ ĐẦU 1.Tên đề tài/dự án: Nghiên cứu chế tạo pin nhiên liệu (PEMFC) sử dụng Ce1xMxP2O7 (M=In, La) làm màng dẫn proton hoạt động nhiệt độ trung bình Chủ nhiệm đề tài/dự án: TS LÊ MINH VIỄN Cơ quan chủ trì: Đại học Bách Khoa, Đại học Quốc gia TP Hồ Chí Minh Thời gian thực hiện: từ tháng 12/2014 đến tháng 12/2016, xin gia hạn đến tháng 6/2017 Mục tiêu: a Mục tiêu tổng quát  Chế tạo đƣợc tế bào pin nhiên liệu hoạt động mơi trƣờng khí hydro b Mục tiêu cụ thể:  Nghiên cứu tổng hợp khảo sát tính chất hợp chất M dopedCeP2O7 (M= In, La) ứng dụng làm màng dẫn proton  Chế tạo đƣợc tế bào pin nhiên liệu với thành phần xúc tác điện cực khác nhau, độ dày màng dẫn proton khác nhau, từ khảo sát cơng suất pin nhiên liệu (sử dụng khí H2 làm nhiên liệu) TÓM TẮT NỘI DUNG NGHIÊN CỨU Trong nghiên cứu này, vật liệu dẫn proton In La biến tính CeP 2O7 đƣợc điều chế để đánh giá khả ứng dụng vật liệu cho pin nhiên liệu Vật liệu CeP2O7 biến tính đƣợc điều chế cách cho phản ứng oxit (CeO2 ) dung dịch acid H3PO4, nguồn cung cấp In In2O3 nguồn cung cấp La La(NO3)3.6H2O Các tính chất vật liệu đƣợc phân tích phƣơng pháp nhƣ FTIR, XRD, vi cấu trúc (SEM), độ dẫn proton vật liệu cách đo phổ tổng trở Vật liệu CeP2O7 đơn pha đƣợc hình thành nhiệt độ nung 300 oC 8h Các vật liệu Ce1xInxP2O7 Ce1-xLaxP2O7 đƣợc điều chế kết khối 400 oC 8h để đo phổ tổng trở Ở điều kiện ẩm, vật liệu Ce1-xInxP2O7 Ce1-xLaxP2O7 có khả dẫn proton vùng nhiệt độ trung bình Độ dẫn cao Ce0.95In0.05P2O7 2.3110-2 Scm-1 180 C Trong đó, độ dẫn cao Ce0.95La0.05P2O7 Ce0.90La0.10P2O7 có độ dẫn phù hợp để ứng dụng cho pin nhiên liệu vùng nhiệt độ trung bình lần lƣợt 140-240 C 140-230 C Pin nhiên liệu đƣợc chế tạo với độ dày từ 0.4 đến 1.15mm với thành phần xsuc tác điện cực 50.0 % khối lƣợng Pt/C (20 wt % Pt supported by Vulcan, BASF), 15 % khối lƣợng PTFE, 35.0 % khối lƣợng CInP CLaP Hàm lƣợng Pt ddiejn cực 0,60 mg Pt cm-2 Công suất cao pin Ce0.95In0.05P2O7 với độ dày màng dẫn 0.40 mm đo đƣợc 54.4 mWcm-2 220 oC Trong đó, pin nhiên liệu Ce0.95La0.05P2O7 có độ dày 0.44 mm có mật độ công suất cao 49.4
