waste with high organic content In the context that our country's agricultural economy is developing rapidly, the production of crops and livestock, and poultry is constantly increasing Currently, manure and crop by-products are causing severe environmental pollution in rural areas of Vietnam Therefore, assessing the current situation of livestock waste and crop by-products in Hoa Tien commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province, and proposing solutions to reuse livestock waste and crop by-products in Hoa Tien commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province is a significant Semi-structured interview with each household, farm, and staff combined with a field survey in Hoa Tien commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province, shows the volume of livestock and poultry manure generated from pig raising (63) %) and chicken (23%) are pretty generous Households mainly discharge livestock manure into hot storage tanks or compost, causing environmental pollution With 183.06 tons/year, agricultural by-products arise especially from rice cultivation (71%) and are treated in different ways: Burning as fertilizer (accounting for 34%), padding and feed for livestock cattle and poultry (21%) Several factors such as policy, production scale, technology - technique, and awareness have profoundly influenced the local reuse of waste and crop by-products The thesis has proposed some specific solutions such as composting, mushrooms, and the VACB model on the reuse of cattle manure and crop by-products to improve the efficiency of reuse of agricultural by-products in the study area
