used worldwide to describe new technologies which depend mainly on computers nowadays Even the traditional technologies such as radio, television and telephone are considered as IT The integration of technology in every corner of life is gradually increasing and educational environments are also counted in The use of technology in various fields has been so successful and beneficial for teachers to reach some particular goals especially in education and for those who are learning a foreign language and literature Technology is a very important part of learning languages around the world at all different levels Nowadays, computers and internet technologies have had an undeniable impact on the learning and teaching of the English language today It shows to us technology is a very helpful tool and benefit for us, both teachers and students, especially for the language learners Technology can easily help us to present a presentation, to write, to learning vocabulary, to edit in a writing, including spelling and grammar check and so on Technology can be particularly used to improve writing, speaking, reading and listening skills in teaching and learning in education According to Bull and Ma (2001), technology provides offers unlimited resources to language learners Harmer (2007) and Genỗ lter (2015) emphasized and teachers should encourage learners to find appropriate activities through using computer technology in order to be successful in language learning Clements and Sarama (2003) declared that the use of suitable technological materials can be useful for learners According to Harmer (2007), using computer-based language activities improve cooperative learning in learners other to change the vocabulary learning method suitable for each individual Vocabulary will also increase when communicating and conversing in English by everyone in the group The third factor with (Mean=4,1) “Create games or entertainment apps to learn vocabulary”, creating new games or entertainment applications to contribute to better English vocabulary learning, suitable for knowledge and words extensive vocabulary of the English language Create an entertainment software or game using English so that students can use and improve their learning efficiency, contributing to helping students increase their knowledge of vocabulary research subjects such as: vocabulary study, pragmatics, grammar, semantics, etc…, so that students who major in English language will be more qualified and become elite in the near future The above suggestions are generally well accepted, so it can be considered as a method to improve students' vocabulary learning skills 3.2 SUMMARY This study investigates the current situation of second-year English language students on the application of information technology to learning English vocabulary, thereby proposing some solutions to improve students' vocabulary learning From the above analysis, it shows that students are well aware of the importance of IT for vocabulary learning and have a very high attitude of using it for learning, with a frequency of 2-5 hours per day Among the survey factors, the main factor is the students' attitude in learning vocabulary, the attitude occupies the most important part because online learning requires high self-discipline Second-year students still have a state of distraction when studying, this should be changed by students and taken measures as suggested in the section 53 PART 3: CONCLUSION RECAPITULATION The final chapter was supposed to summarize the key information that has been discovered and written from the previous findings and discussions From there, the researcher gave out some suggestions for students‟ IT applications in learning English to improve students‟ learning English vocabulary Furthermore, the researcher also shared existing limitations in this section CONCLUDING REMARKS ON EACH OF THE THESIS OBJECTIVES 2.1 What the students know about the IT application in learning vocabulary? Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students are highly aware of the application of IT in learning English vocabulary The results of the study all reached the average value from high to very high The definitions given are also highly agreed That shows that today's IT is very developed, people know it and use it every day for many different purposes, implementing information technology in learning vocabulary is a typical example 2.2 How the students use the IT application in learning vocabulary? Based on the research results, to answer this research question is how to use and which applications used in learning From the survey results, students primarily have problems with time and how they choose applications to study that best suit their level and other aspects In terms of usage, students use IT to learn vocabulary, students can learn through software, radio, websites, read news in English The second problem is the software used, students mainly choose Tflat as a vocabulary learning application, other software that provides a lot of features but are not used as much as Tflat This will also give students a lukewarm feeling quickly because TFlat‟s main role is a word lookup software 54 There will be fewer features than other games, softwares or English learning applications Thereby the aim of the research question has been answered 2.3 What does the attitude of students in IT application of learning vocabulary? Based on the research results, the time factor answers this research question Students' attitude when applying IT in learning vocabulary is very positive Students usually spend at least 2-5 hours learning vocabulary This shows that IT is very important in learning vocabulary as well as learning English Currently, online learning is a highly appreciated learning method, but this method needs a great deal of self-discipline of students There are still some students who are easily distracted by other electronic devices such as video games or other entertainment software Students need to change their study plan so as not to get distracted by other games, for example turning off all game programs or studying in a quiet place 2.4 Recommendations On the basis of the research results, the topic would like to give some suggestions for second-year English language students on the application of IT in learning English vocabulary more effectively The first factor is self-discipline, while using IT to learn vocabulary, students are still distracted by entertainment games and other entertainment software Or there are students who not use IT to learn vocabulary When learning online, it is easy to encounter the influence and impact of many other factors such as games, movies, music, facebook These are the factors that distract learners from studying So when learning, learners need to turn off other application software and need to find really attractive vocabulary learning software such as learning through games, movies, etc 55 Secondly, the use of applications in learning vocabulary suitable for their level, so it is necessary to use appropriate applications that will prevent learners from getting bored and giving up halfway Thirdly, from the above survey, it shows that the biggest limitation of applying IT to learning vocabulary is the impact on learners' health, so students need to allocate time appropriately Each day, it is advisable to spend about 30 minues to hour, divided into several times to study, in accordance with leaners‟ arrangement Fourthly, students can create vocabulary games for themselves and their classmates, such as the Quizlet app that allows users to create games with vocabulary cards and definitions LIMITATIONS OF THE CURRENT RESEARCH This study has some limitations regarding the limited number of the participants Large-scale studies need to be done in order to understand its strengths and weaknesses in learning English vocabulary Moreover, more research needs to be undertaken in order to confirm the strength of Information Technology applications and their effectiveness in vocabulary SUGGESTION FOR FURTHER RESEARCH Based on some limitations mentioned above regarding the limited number of the participants A further study should be carried out with a larger scale in order to collect more valid data, especially from the non-English majored students The further research should also assess more latest applications, as new applications can be made any time because of the needs of English leaners Another idea for the researcher for the next study would be assessing how English techers apply IT applications in enhance students‟ vocabulary This could be an important factor that shape the students learning behaviors 56 REFERENCES 1.Ambra ,Neri (2007), “ The effectiveness of computer assisted
