About 80% of Ocean’s students scored over 8.0 in English - Roughly 90% of Ocean’s student got an overall score of 9.0 or above INTERNSHIP REPORT  Supervisor: DUONG HUU PHUOC 1.2 Human Resource and Organization Director Vietnamese Lecturers Academic Department Administration – Accounting Department Academic Department Manager Administration – Accounting Manager Academic Staff Accountant Native Lecturers teachers Teaching Assistants INTERNSHIP REPORT  Supervisor: DUONG HUU PHUOC PART 2: JOB DESCRIPTION 2.1 Position and responsibility I worked as a real staff in English Ocean Center My working time is from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm The uniform of the staff is dress When I wear the uniform, I feel that I seem to be a real staff On the first day, I came to the center on time and met Ms Trang, the director She is very enthusiastic about supporting me She took me around the center to visit everything, introduced me to people in the center I felt nervous and lost confidence Therefore, I only stood next to the staff to observe the process of work and asked them some questions about the job In my free time, I often asked the staff for instructing the process of contact with the students and parents, how to prepare the classroom and how to introduce the study courses in the center I tried hard to learn and acquire knowledge and use it in concrete work quickly Sometimes, I also talked with students and parents to improve communication skills Besides, I also improved my teaching and vocabulary composing skills as well as had more knowledge about English By the same token, helping with classroom management during lessons is the most important role of a teaching assistant I can help when students form groups or move desks in between activities to shorten the amount of time these things take and thus ensure students have more time to practice English Although I was only a trainee, I had many tasks to My main tasks included: - Composing new words and grammar in the book - Learning how to answer questions of student’s parents about study courses - Answering questions of parents about the study courses at the center - Helping foreign teachers prepare the lesson - Listing new words and 2021 grammar in book - Continuing to progress my vocabulary and grammar During the first week working at English Ocean Center, I felt naturally delighted with this excellent job because everyone was exceptionally familiar They constantly supported me and directed me to many effective things Today’s internship aided me to obtain the necessary information about the center and recognize the work I need to Furthermore, I met lots of kids whom I genuinely liked here During my initial week of internship, I acquire more new knowledge and improved my communication skills which will benefit me a lot in the future I will keep trying in the next weeks THE SECOND WEEK Week (From February 25th to January 30th, 2020) DAY TASKS Monday, January 25th 2021 -
