This report will illustrate the previous problem and my comments for this 1.1 Location of work Company: GMLAND (the mother company: GM Holdings) Working location: 323 - 325 Hùng V°¡ng, Ph°ờng 9, Quận 5, TP Hß Chí Minh (from 1/6/2022 to 11/6/2022) 242 Cßng Quỳnh, Ph°ờng Ph¿m Ngũ Lão, Quận 1, Thành phß Hß Chí Minh Position: Sales Intern 1.2 Work Diary Week 1/06 – 4/6 Tasks - Learnt about the current project - Urban Dream (Bàu Bàng, Bình D°¡ng) - Being introduced to other departments and coworkers Notes + Learn the location, advantages, disadvantages, potentials for investors to invest, the customer service of GMLAND, etc + GMLAND (old address) has floors Each floor has Chief Sales Executive and Deputy Chief Sales Executive On our floor - floor 6th, our CSO is Bùi Anh Hiệp and our deputy is Nguyễn H¿nh Dâng - Field Trip to Bau Bang by + Bàu Bàng is a rural district of Bình D°¡ng the employees’ own province in the Southeast region of Vietnam vehicles + It has more than 82,000 citizens, town (Lai Uyên) and rural communes (Cây Tr°ờng, Lai H°ng, H°ng Hòa, Long Nguyên, Tân H°ng, Tr¿n Văn Thß) 6/6 – 11/6 + It is around 60 km from HCM city to Bau Bang - Learnt the process of cell + When I call a customer, there are steps that have phone consultation to follow: - Say hello to the customer - Introduce what our company is selling - Ask them about their demands - The 4th step depends on the 3rd step (if the customer is not interested in our products and services, thank them & say goodbye;
