b) loaded as specified in this Annex The measurement period starts when test piece is fed into the tool and finishes before the test piece leaves the tool During the first feed of the test piece into the tool and when the test piece leaves the tool a different equivalent level of noise may arise Therefore the measurement period shall not include these parts of the operating cycle;
