A common format on which to record all development areas/issues/concerns that are to emerge as the ongoing school improvement plan. Links to school cycle The different boxes can be cross-referenced to the appropriate heading on other proformas. For example, if the teaching of a specific subject is identified as a particular weakness, this might be cross-referenced to the ‘Subject coordinators’ checklist’ (10), ‘Improving standards’ (12), ‘Subject priorities’ (16) and so on. Such proformas may or may not confirm that such weaknesses exist.
