taken more self-improvement to meet the needs To grow and develop in a fiercely competitive environment, along with the strong development of science and technology, association must find ways to equip themselves with a strong workforce in both quantity and quality In order to this, they need to implement a lot of work and one of them is recruitment and training human resource Recruitment, training and development of human resources help businesses improve both in terms of quantity and quality of the team labor in the company, and also create conditions for attracting and preserving people to come to the company to work and contribute Recruitment, training and development is the work of getting employees to work at the company, as well as training skills and knowledge for workers so that they can use it flexibly in the process of doing everyday tasks and prepare to perform better in future jobs Language Link Academic Vietnam, member of the International Language Link Group, is one of the first international organizations and is one of the biggest, leading corporations in offering native English courses in Vietnam Developing as a branch of Language Link Vietnam, Language Link My Dinh also pays attention to attract and select qualified individuals to live up to organization’s expectations, and lift the competitive advantages of the company up Through the time practicing and working in Language Link Academic Vietnam, My Dinh branch, I realized that the company has to face with numerous of challenges during the time spent for reshaping the structure but still have to maintain the upper hand in the market One of the most difficulties is to tackle the problem in recruitment and selection process of Teaching Assistants Many other companies in the same market are showing their own new attractive justifications to draw potential and energetic applicants to apply in In the meantime, Language Link My Dinh still goes along with their traditional way of recruiting and selecting, which has low level of productivity The present choosing candidates to assist teachers in classes process in my workplace may be suitable to other firms, but was not designed in a proper way for recruiting Teaching Assistant position, the vacancy which has specific duty and responsibility Therefore, the topic of “Improving the recruitment and selection process at Language Link Vietnam” is a choice of mine, hoped that I will come up with the clear understanding about the company’s process, as well as some suggestions to improve may be brought up to administer to the
