Construct frontage road system - Construct bridges (Ong Luong, Ba Chua) and Nguyen Van Tao Interchange Bridges ( Main overpass section A1-P21 and P22-P1(pakage J1) and B,C,D,E Ramp Bridges) - Construct a drainage pipe culvert - Construct a technical box culvert - After studying carefully Bidding Document and detailed investigation of actual site conditions, it is found that - Technical: - Some un-complex technologies are applied to the package such as: soft soil treatment by PVD or DMM, super T girder, bored pile 1.2m, cast in place prestressed solid slab girder on scaffolding… - Construction Schedule: - The execution time is 30 months which requires the Contractor shall be in ready manner, his mobilization labor and equipment will be executed as short as possible The Contractor has powerful reserved labor force enough to further mobilize as necessary to speed up the progress - Power sourse: - The contractor will contact with Ho Chi Minh City electric to buy power from lowvoltage stations which are available nearby the site or the contractor will build new low-voltage station to service for construction site and living - Besides, to take initiative in electric source, the contractor will reserve generators in case of public power cut - Water source for construction works and living: - The contractor will buy from the water supply factories under the area of Ho Chi Minh City and use drilled well at site and water will be processed freshly - Fuel source for construction: - The contractor will take initiative to buy at petrol stations nearby the construction site or the prestigious suppliers on the market such as Petrolimex The contractor has fuel reserve method by tank III Major sources of material supply: - Black sand (fine sand): - Fine sand is bought at the supply such as Tien river… transported by waterway to the site - Stone material: - Stone material will be taken from the following quarries: Stone for concrete, asphalt concrete, crushed stone: taken from Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau province… and transported by waterway to the site Page - Soil for embankment: - Taken from Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau province… transported by waterway to the site - Bitumen: - Dense bitumen with 60/70 pen Is bought from Ho Chi Minh City, and shall be transported by truck or waterway to the site - Steel bar: - Use Viet-Australia steel, Viet-Han steel, Viet-Japan steel or Polima steel… after having approved by the Employer The steel material is supplied at Ho Chi Minh City - Cement: - The cement will be bought at Ho Chi Minh City and transported by waterway to the site - Geo-textile, PVDs, pre-stressed cable, bearing pad, expansion joints: - Shall be imported - Asphalt concrete: - The contractor locates 02 plants at the area of construction site - Cement concrete: - The contractor locates 02 concrete plants at both side of Can Giuoc river - Corrugated guardrail and other materials: - The Contractor shall be bought from the suppliers in Ho Chi Minh City - Water for concrete: - Use water source from drilled well at site and processed freshly Page -
