in achieving their goals, and ensure safe working conditions (Picincu, 2019) The purpose of human resource planning in Vinamilk is to determine what HRM requirements exist for current and future worker supply and demand The organization ensures that the right number and type of people are in the right positions; This mission is accomplished through regular recruitment and selection, performance reviews, promotions, and ongoing training and development programs Vinamilk also conducts recruitment programs for young employees who have just stepped out of school under the motto
