processes 3.1.2 Challenges Regarding the market, the financial market is expanding, but there are still many risks Specifically, in the first months of 2022, the stock market experienced a serious decline due to the plan to sharply increase interest rates of the US Federal Reserve Besides, Vietnam's stock market has appeared many acts of manipulating stock prices, causing serious damage to investors' profit These have raised concerns about the safety and transparency of the stock market, leading to investors' reluctance to participate in this market, which directly causes a decrease in the demand for products and services that Vietstock is provided In addition, the increasing popularity of the stock market has also increased the popularity of e-portal services such as Vietstock finance Increasingly developing competitors such as Cafef, stockbiz also has products and services familiar with Vietstock This puts pressure on Vietstock to constantly improve to provide exclusive and outstanding services to attract customers and investors Regarding human resources, despite having a certain reputation in the finance and securities industry, Vietstock always faces a shortage of human resources, especially the Data Department This shortage leads to work overload for department members and affects the quality and timeliness of processed data 3.2 Recommendations for Tai Viet Joint Stock Company and procedure of receiving and processing data at Tai Viet Joint Stock Company During the internship, I have noticed a few problems in the working process as well as problems in the company's management Therefore, I would like to make 21 some suggestions for the company with the hope that I can contribute ideas for the long-term development of the company First, the Data Department needs to have a written data processing process for interns to facilitate training and unify the workflow I was given the opportunity to approach the actual work and receive direct instruction However, these procedures not have a direct document to refer to and to reconcile every time the procedure is performed Therefore, a manual is essential to ensure that the new hires perform consistently and in accordance with the process Second, in the data processing process, after the data is filtered and updated into the WebTool, it is not checked for accuracy, but directly synced to the website finance.vietstock.vn This will lead to some errors affecting the benefits of listed companies Therefore, Vietstock needs to improve the process by adding a step of checking data after syncing to the website to make sure the data is correct Third, Vietstock uses modern technology and WebTools in its processes to reduce human resources costs, but these technology WebTools still make mistake sometimes, which interrupts the process Therefore, the WebTool need regular maintenance and repair Inspection and repair will help speed up efficiency and avoid unnecessary technical errors Forth, Vietstock needs to improve facilities to create a comfortable working environment for employees Computers need to be maintained and repaired every year to ensure uninterrupted work In addition, with the intensity and huge amount of work every day, employees need to rest as well as be energized to be motivated to work Vietstock should have meeting, parties to learn the company's culture to facilitate employees build relationship, thereby creating a friendly working environment and increasing employee engagement with the company Finally, during the peak of the stock market, the amount of data that needs to be processed increases dramatically, leading to the overload state for employees To improve the shortage of human resources, Vietstock needs to have specific policies to attract young employees Specifically, Vietstock can cooperate with universities 22 in the field of economics, securities to recruit students as well as promote its brand 23 CONCLUSION In the context of an increasingly bustling stock market, the demand for securities-related services has also increased significantly Services such as providing data channel are also becoming more and more popular Although the first half of 2022 is a volatile and bleak time for the stock market as well as in Vietnam, the demand for investment in securities has not decreased Thanks to that growth, Vietstock has grown more and more and become one of the leading securities and financial information channels in Vietnam After 20 years of branding, Vietstock has developed many products and services to provide investors as well as customers on the stock market During the 2-month internship, I had the opportunity to being recruited as an intern at the Data Intern position of Vietstock Data Department, also known as Tai Viet Joint Stock Company In this position, I am honored to receive the support and dedicated instruction of the members of the Data Department as well as all seniors in Tai Viet JSC Besides, I have learned not only a lot of practical knowledge about the stock market but also the work of data management The procedure of receiving and processing data requires basic knowledge of Enterprise Law and Securities Law, the ability of acknowledging reports and resolutions published by listed companies and soft skill such as time management to complete the task effectively and timely Instead of being done by following a specific instruction, the procedure is usually combined to boost the efficiency The accuracy and timeliness is required in the process but there are still technical mistakes or mistakes in reports published by listed companies Simultaneously, I also illustrated an example of the processing data procedure at Data Department After a period of learning and working as an intern at Data Department of Tai Viet JSC, I is personally aware of some opportunities as well as challenges for Tai Viet JSC in stock market and processing data procedure at Data Department As an enthusiastic intern, I always want to dedicate to the development of the company Thus, according to my limited knowledge and observation, I would like to 24
