Create and maintain comprehensive customer profiles Companies must know their customers better than ever before in order to create an exceptional customer experience This necessitates the creation and maintenance of comprehensive customer profiles that aid in the understanding and measurement of the customer journey across numerous channels The more information a company has about its consumers,
