in theory, but when given specific situations, it is awkward to find a solution to handle Besides the results achieved, there are also difficulties in the actual working process Because work is too busy, both students study and work, so the time to research and complete the report is very limited If there is time, the report can be richer Due to lack of knowledge, I encountered a bit of difficulty during the internship: Not knowing how to use office machines such as printers, copiers, fax machines, is my weakness Because I was new to life, at first it was difficult for me to deeper understanding of the major I have studied After learning and working at the company, the role of an administrative and human resources officer, I think that for the job of a salesperson, there is no difference between theory and practice because they are all different must come from a common business background I really enjoy my current job and feel confident in my business Lessons outside the curriculum help me become more mature in the work of seeing, considering and solving problems Being able to work in a real environment, being given the opportunity to apply what I have learned to work… I will quickly see my flaws so I can continue to improve At the same time, with the help of experienced people at the internship site Each lesson received from the internship trip is an asset, a valuable baggage for the author to firmly step on his own future path CHAPTER 6: RECOMMENDATIONS 6.1 Recommendations for the company Although the company's personnel is small and medium-sized, the
