most credit-worthy courses, perhaps reflecting the importance of this course It plays an important role in students' college life as it is a practical opportunity for us to practice what we have learned in school Since reality is far from the theory we learn in books, practical practice will give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in work, thereby self-study and verify if the knowledge learned is correct or not, as well as develop more skills and promote students' future careers That's why I am honored to work at Hanoi Medical Materials And Equipment Joint Stock confident in communication, hardworking, eager to learn and able to communicate in English Sales and Marketing trainee position so that I can apply what I have learned in product consulting, sales, product management, Marketing research, distribution channel management, Digital Marketing, International Marketing, marketing Service, 15 and build marketing strategssy into practice, assist company to carry out marketing tasks and marketing campaigns The experiences and lessons I gain in the real world will help me build the skills I need for my future career Content of work and method of implementation As a sales and marketing intern at HAMEDCO, I was assigned the following tasks: - Hospital furniture sales specialist: Find out product information, instructions for use and issues related to it Then I learned consulting sales, and how to talk to customers Next, learn how to close a sale Finally, the business intern will guide, care for and ask questions of customers after politely, courteously, know how to grasp customer psychology ● Knowledge of writing media articles according to SEO standards in the field of Marketing ● Learn and reinforce how to read a business's proactive skills to adapt in all situations Adaptive skills help me work more professionally - Problem-solving skills: When working at HAMEDCO, many tasks are assigned, and problem-solving skills are practiced a lot Specifically, solving problems for customers when there are problems during the consultation process In addition, when I went to practice, I also had a lot of surprises, so my work also had a lot of trouble, but gradually I solved and solved my own problems or asked for help from others - Self-study skills: I make weekly plans for myself and self-study, proactively come up with personnel apparatus are good, but I realize that there are still some outstanding issues that need to be resolved for the business to succeed The industry can develop further in the future, namely: Personnel issues: Currently, HAMEDCO's personnel is still quite small compared to the work, which leads to employees being overloaded at work The solution in the future to this problem is to promote the recruitment of personnel from universities in Hanoi, or should have a better remuneration regime to recruit talents For example, for marketing staff, it is required to have a high level of education, have soft skills relevant to the major, in addition to the requirements of experience and professional 19 qualifications, job postings should have competitive salary and attractive accompanying benefits such as insurance, lunch, allowance, bonus - Human resource management and training issues: Enterprises should regularly organize training of available human resources on soft skills as well as sales skills and product knowledge The aim is to gradually become the key and high-quality human resource of the company to help the company develop more and more - The problem of market expansion and brand building: Currently, HAMEDCO's products have high superiority, but they are also special products, so the market coverage and expansion is still not great (Only supplied to the domestic market) Therefore, the Marketing department needs to have plans to position the brand in the market so that the company can develop further and expand its market abroad - Facilities: Currently, the company has representative offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Ho Chi Minh However, office space in Hanoi is still small Employees who work for a long time will easily feel suffocated In addition, the company's products are high-tech machinery serving the customer segment of hospitals and medical facilities across the country, so the company needs to hire more warehouses to store medical equipment to make the process of transporting products to customers more convenient and cost-effective Internship Assessment I can confirm that this was a very successful internship for me personally Being a business intern at Hanoi Medical Materials And Equipment Joint Stock Company is a blessing and a great honor for me I had the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned in school to real work, thereby testing my skills Moreover, working at the company gives me a more authentic view of a professional working environment, when previously I was only approached through other impractical ways Connecting with colleagues here is also a great experience, I learn a lot from what they convey, not only about work but also about life skills In order to evaluate myself during the last internship, I realized that I had not really had a good start, not yet adapted to the company's way of working when there were 20 many surprises in the first 1-2 weeks I have connected with many customers but also received many rejections from them However, in the following weeks, with my own patience and encouragement from colleagues, I made a lot of progress in my work I have successfully
