Commission, under the Postsecondary Authorization Act, has the “power and duty” to act upon applications for authorization of educational programs in the state Applications have been reviewed and staff has determined that all necessary documentation for the institutions submitting new program applications is in accordance with the Act and postsecondary rules The Committee on Postsecondary
