David J DeWitt, P.G is a Senior Professional Geologist in the Resource Data and Restoration Department at the Southwest Florida Water Management District Dave has over 20 years experience working on groundwater resources in Florida, including aquifer delineation and characterization through test drilling, hydrogeologic data collection, and monitor well design He also conducts studies on springs and other karst features in west-central Florida with the District’s Water Quality Monitoring Program Dave is a 1986 graduate of the University of South Florida, College of Natural Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in geology, and has been a licensed Professional Geologist in Florida since 1994 Brent White is a staff water conservation analyst with the Southwest Florida Water Management District His area of expertise is residential, industrial, commercial and institutional water conservation Brent’s experience includes evaluating public supply demand projections for local governments and private utilities, developing water conservation plans associated with water use permit renewals, and reclaimed water project management Brent’s work experience includes six months of field study in Parana, Brazil; two years of interning at Tampa Bay Water; five years as a water conservation coordinator with the Tampa Water Department and five years managing projects for the Southwest Florida Water Management District Brent earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of South Florida Phillip Hisey is Landscape Superintendent for On Top of the World Communities for the past six years Phillip oversees commercial landscape maintenance and installation, as well as new residential landscape installation Phillip holds a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Design and Management, College of Engineering Science, Technology and Agriculture, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Tallahassee Florida He also holds an Associates of Arts with Honors, College of Central Florida, Ocala, Florida Robert Colen is the Warranty and Remodeling Manager for On Top of the World Communities He has been with the company for eight years Among his duties, Robert oversees the Water Conservation/Leak Detection Program for Bay Laurel Robert holds a Bachelors degree from American University, and an MBA from the University of Florida He is a state licensed Certified Building Contractor, Home Inspector, and Mold Assessor Prior to working for On Top of the World, Robert was a Legislative Aide to U.S Congressman Michael Bilirakis Randy Schommer is Utility Manager for CSW Management, Inc for the past 12 years Randy oversees the operation and maintenance of the water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems for Bay Laurel Center Community Development District He holds a Class B Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators certificate from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection He began his career in the field approximately 30 years ago, and has worked at or assisted at facilities in Central Florida during that time
