In tandem with the production of the M8 passenger car, Cesar Vergara developed a series of concepts to satisfy the wide
range of opinions for the replacement of the Bar-Car, a venerable tradition that Metro North Carried from their
predecessor railroads dating back to the New Haven RR.
The development of the concepts was conducted with meticulous criteria gathered by customer focus groups conducted
by specialists in this areas. The finding of the focus groups were used to narrow the concepts down until arriving at a final
concept.

Murals depict images from Connecticut which can be substituted for any other images as preferred. Additional space can be used for photomurals.
No depiction of flat screen monitors is made. Car builder to quote for car to be built wired for installation of 12 21" monitors in area above windows and 4 on car ends. Entertainment
equipment locker to be housed on F end of the car.
Foot rest in front of bar optional.
Special graphic markings for car exterior will be delivered separately.
