0.5” safety for live matter from trim on all sides. For spreads, allow 0.5” on each side from the gutter.
MATERIALS
PDF-X1a les in CMYK (no spot colors) are the only accetable material format. Native application les
are not accepted. Crop marks are required so that we can place les accurately. Sponsored section
needs to appear on the bottom of each page.
SUPPLIED TEXT
500 to 700 words per page. Word count should include the disclaimer. Photos need to be sent in
JPEG format, 6" in width at 300 dpi. Charts and graphs should be delivered in excel format.
Logos need to sent in Adobe Illustrator EPS vector format.
PROOFS
We recommend that all advertisers submit a contract-level digital proof at 100% that conforms to
SWOP standards including a color bar for all digital files. The publisher and printer can not guarantee
accuracy when contract proofs are not submitted.
