research in systems engineering with focuses in systems design maturity assessment, systems engineering capabilities maturity, program management and systems affordability and systems effectiveness He has a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering and Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from SMU He has worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics for 17 years He served as Technical Development Vice President of INCOSE, North Texas Chapter in 2016 Vision: Long’s mission is to expand the chapter by involving systems engineering practitioners and apprentices and corporate engineering organizations with the chapter’s systems engineering activities, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, trainings, systems engineering certification, lessons learned amongst corporations, utilize social media and available technology to reach out to future systems engineers Vice President of Technical Development – Anthony Blow Bio: Anthony Blow is a Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon He has worked 15 years in a variety of roles in engineering, operations, strategy, finance, business development, supply chain, and logistics for Shell, the Department of Defense, and other companies in energy, infrastructure, technology, and analytics He has traveled to nearly 60 countries and worked on projects in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East He earned his BA in International Relations from Morehouse College, his MS in International Transportation Management and U.S Coast Guard Officer’s License from the State University of New York, Maritime College, his MBA from IESE Business School in Spain, and is currently finishing his MS in Systems Engineering at George Washington University Vision: Anthony’s plan worked for Lockheed Martin for over seventeen years and has a Doctor of Philosophy in System Engineering from Southern Methodist University She has worked on numerous aeronautic programs including F-35 and C-130J Dr Bijan has worked on the Space Based Infrared System She is a Certified Enterprise Architect, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, Certified SysML Model Builder Advanced, and holds a QFD Greenbelt She has a B.S in Physics with a minor in Math and an M.S in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering Vision: Yvonne wants to be on the board to energize the environments He has expertise in acquisition, sales, operations, logistics planning and information technology management, currently working for Raytheon in Richardson He is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Scrum Manager and a Program Management Professional After graduating with a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M, he spent just over 20 years in the Navy as a Naval Flight Officer (MBSE), system design with SysML and enterprise architecture development with DODAF/UPDM Prior to joining No Magic, he spent thirty-two years as a systems engineer, operations analyst and program manager with L-3 Communication, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin Barry is an active member of the INCOSE Agile and Security Working Groups and participates each year in the International Workshop and International Symposium He also works with other INCOSE chapters around the US supporting/participating in local chapter workshops and events Barry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
