Bio:!Matt!holds!a!master's!degree!in!systems!engineering!from!Penn!State!University!and! has!worked!in!the!military!and!aerospace!industries!for!13!years.!In!his!current!role!as! Quality!Manager!at!Bell!Helicopter!Textron,!Matt!leverages!software!and!hardware! technology!to!lean!and!optimize!quality!processes.!Matt!previously!served!in!the!U.S.!Navy! and!specialized!in!aviation!electronics,!jet!engine!test!station!repair!and!calibration! laboratory!management.!Matt!is!a!certified!Six!Sigma!black!belt,!an!avid!runner!and!a! recreational!computer!programmer.! !
