Massey School Tuition Financial Aid Fact Sheet JD/MBA 2020 - 2021 JD/MBA Tuition Professional MBA students also enrolled in the JD program will pay PMBA tuition during the summer only and JD tuition in fall and spring An optional Summer Business Institute (SBI) is offered during the preceding summer for those non-business undergraduate majors who lack the necessary prerequisite courswork for beginning the program MBA Core Courses and Electives………… International Study Abroad Course………… JD Semester Tuition……………………… $3,700 for each two-credit course $4,000 for the single MGT 6350 course (includes international airfare, lodging, and some meals/cultural activities) $23,440 per semester (fall and spring only) ESTIMATED JD ONLY TUITION…… $140,640 (six semesters) ESTIMATED MBA ONLY TUITION… $63,200 (based on required 34 graduate credits for MBA degree) University tuition rates are set for each fiscal year (June 1-May 31) and typically increase annually by normal inflation Tuition rates can therefore increase for those credits taken after Spring 2021) ESTIMATED TOTAL TUITION JD/MBA DUAL ENROLLMENT……… $173,680 (savings of $30,160) Summer Business Institute (optional)……… Graduate Student Fees Student Fee (Fall and Spring Terms) Student Fee (Summer Term) Graduation Fee - Masters $4,100 (tuition for single ten-credit, fast-track prerequisite program for non-business undergrads) $560 (12+ credits), $430 (4-11 credits), $235 (0 – credits) $235 per semester $250 (non-refundable fee applied to student account the first Friday of the term of your intended graduation.) Financial Aid / Payment Options Graduate business students have several payment options including: scholarships, employer tuition assistance, installment payment plan programs, and/or student loans To determine eligibility requirements for student loans, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Renewal FAFSA (for previous Federal Aid applicants) and request that Belmont University receive a copy of the analysis The FAFSA requires approximately six weeks for processing You may file the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov Additional information on payment options is as follows:  Installment Payment Plans If you use your savings and/or current income to cover all or part of your education expenses, you can take advantage of the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option offered through Tuition Management System (www.afford.com/Belmont) TMS takes your estimated educational expense and divides it into monthly payments The cost is $55 per year and is only available for fall and spring semesters  Paying With Student Loans Graduate students who are U.S citizens are eligible to apply for the Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan programs, which are awarded without regard to financial need Interest accures from the time the loan is disbursed until it is paid in full The maximum loan is $20,500 per academic year If you are using Stafford Loans to pay any portion of your tuition, you should complete the FAFSA at least six weeks before the beginning of classes International students are not eligible for U.S government loans and should contact International Student Services at (615) 460-6342 for university policies regarding international students  Scholarships Scholarships are awarded in fall and spring semesters only Because dual enrolled JD/MBA students attend pay tuition in summer only, there is no additional scholarship money above those received from the law school International Students All international students should contact Belmont’s International Student Services Office for additional information regarding student visas, enrollment deposits, and universities policies that are unique to those entering the U.S to attend Belmont University (615-460-6342) Veterans Individuals who have completed U.S military service should contact one of Belmont’s V.A Education Counselors (615-460-6871) The University supports a number of armed forces educational benefit programs, including Yellow Ribbon For any other questions regarding payment options or financial aid, please call Student Financial Services at (615) 460-6403 For additional information regarding Massey School policies and degree program costs, contact The Massey School office: Phone: (615) 460-6480 Email: masseyadmissions@belmont.edu ...
