Write a letter of complaint to University Study Tours Dear Sir/Madam I recently had a week's holiday to study English Tours in Oxford I'm writing because I was very very unhappy with my holiday Oxford is at least 55 minutes from London by train, it is very inconvenient The advertisement says that the teachers are experienced and qualified I said something about the maximum class size of 12 students to the staff, but they don't listen to our complaints But one thing I like is having great excellent accommodation with local families I would like the money back for part of the holiday My week with Study English Tours was the worst experience I've ever had Please write to me soon Yours sincerely, Linh
