-world setting in order to create a new workforce for society As a result, Thuongmai Unive rsity has created a study path that includes an internship for all students It is seen as an opportunity for students to put their knowledge to the test, enhance their talents, and learn new things in the reality My internship process longs a month from December 27th, 2021 to January 21st, 2022 I had my own goals in mind for it and for myself, and I considered what I might to increase my knowledge and abilities in a professional working place This report mainly focuses on what I accomplished and learnt Challenges and Lessons 2.2.1 Challenges Internships provide several advantages, including exposure to work, the ability to use what you've learned in the workplace, and the discovery of your skills and limitations Above all, participating in competition preparation provided me with numerous lessons and experiences that I had not previously experienced, as well as many useful experiences However, conquered it, I believe this is a problem that many trainees confront When I'm given a lot of new responsibilities in a day, it's also challenging for me to plan my time The quantity of work I have on some days sometimes makes me under pressure This is a professional position, and making mistakes in my reports and assignments might irritate my bosses Last but not least, as a trainee with minimal prior experience, the department of academy was the most difficult obstacle I faced I had to revise my thoughts and contents a lot when working with the training manager and international teachers to produce training materials and assessments I made mistakes in editing, arranging, and generating reasoning for a report at first as well, but as I became more accustomed to the task, everything became simpler and easier than before 2.2.2 Experiences The four-week internship in Super English gave me a chance to use my English in practice After the internship, besides the difficulties and benefits, I also drew my own lessons: Besides the knowledge learned in school and self-study, I learned initially to work in a high pressure environment, gradually getting used to the pressure is very useful for my work later I learned useful lessons to gradually add my missing knowledge, soft skills and understand the culture of behavior where it is important to have the right attitude for the working necessary to have good health That's why timing is so important When you can arrange your time properly and have good health, work will also be much better I learnt to operate in a high-pressure setting at first, and gradually acclimating to the pressure subsequently proved to be really beneficial to my career I acquired valuable lessons that helped me progressively fill in the gaps in my knowledge, soft skills, and understanding of the culture of conduct in which it is critical to have the proper attitude for the workplace today and in the future After some practice, I was able to adequately plan my schedule In truth, excellent health is required when working in a high-pressure setting That is why the importance of timing cannot be overstated Work will be a lot better if you can effectively organize your time and maintain excellent health CHAPTER 3: THE REALITY OF USING ENGLISH IN SUPER ENGLISH NATIONAL EDUCATION COMPANY LIMITED 3.1 Reality of using English in the company As I mentioned above, Super English is a unit that applies an educational model related to academic English with a system of modern facilities and the ability of 100% of students who study at Super English has reached program outcome standard in communicating English courses as well as TOEIC certificate In order to provide students with these skills and knowledge, the company's staff and teachers need to have corresponding educational skills and knowledge After a month of internship here, I draw for myself the strengths and difficulties in using English here as follows: Firstly, I solutions Nowadays English is a widely spoken language that is steadily gaining ground among the majority of the world's people After a month of interning at Super English, I've realized how important this language is in my life and in the lives of others At this working environment, I have a more in-depth look at components of academic English and communicative English Actually they are two important skills in life and work English communication today is equally important There are many factors that affect the fact that communicative English is not the same as academic or translation English From practice and recent studies, communicative English is not the same as academic or translation English is influenced by a number of variables According to practice and current studies, young Vietnamese people frequently misunderstand and abuse the meaning of words and grammar The fact is that quite a lot of first -year students have difficulty putting their knowledge of writing skills into practice when they are really exposed to it in an office environment, most recently when I go to practice Therefore, I propose a subject for my graduation thesis: "A study on the difficulties in learning English writing skill faced by the first year students at Thuongmai University and solutions" I faithfully hope that the teachers will consider and support me in the process
