it should be well-designed, with short material that does not exceed one A4 page Advantages: Nestle will gain an overview of the candidate by gathering candidate information (CV, cover letter) They will be aware of the candidate's strengths and limitations and will match them to the job requirements Disadvantages: Candidates, on the other hand, have the ability to lie and exaggerate about their true abilities Furthermore, it will eliminate promising 12 candidates simply because they not know how to present their case as well as others ● Round 2: Aptitude Test/ IQ Test Instead of taking the exam online, as most organizations do, you will be summoned to a central location at Nestlé A day is broken into multiple instances, each involving around 300 persons The exam includes 35 questions in English reading comprehension, logical computation, and social knowledge When the exam is finished, it will be evaluated and the results will be announced If you pass, you will be able to continue taking the English test The English section of the exam is an essay The theme is generally to consider a well-known idea or remark The essential writing guideline is to avoid misspellings, keep sentences short, and develop ideas coherently Advantages: You will receive factual information about the candidate's intelligence by working to take the IQ exam Disadvantages: Firstly, they can be biased Planning a substantial review that is independent of learning and culture is quite difficult For a long time, test designers and specialists have struggled with this issue Despite a few exceptions, many conventional evaluations actually favor those who are fluent in the testing language or have a good foundation of general knowledge Secondly, Troubles with measuring different types of intelligence Individuals not have a single form of insight, as academics often believed, but rather a variety of them As a result, they can be gifted with one sort of insight, such as musical insight, but have a low numerical score, which does not mean that they have a low IQ The problem with IQ testing is that they don't quantify different sorts of insight, thus we don't get accurate results Not having valid outcomes can leave an impression on their learning cycle because it isn't based on their true talents and doesn't allow them to reach their full potential 13 ● Round 3: Initial Interview – Self-presentation In the email announcing this round, you will also receive a request for a topic The content is self-presentation, career orientation, then will be asked more carefully by HR Nestlé respects family values, so at first there will be some questions like: Who in your family has the most influence on you? What you think if you often have to come home from work at 7-8pm? If you got a similar position at another company at the same time as Nestlé, how would you decide? Then comes the preparation part and some other questions Advantages: You will be able to see the candidate's capacity to talk and explain himself or herself Furthermore, you can determine whether the candidate is a suitable fit for the company's culture Disadvantages: Maybe what you're hearing is merely the candidate's portrayal of themselves, but they're not that good in reality Furthermore, your emotions will make the evaluation more difficult, because if you see a candidate that looks like your relatives or coworkers, you will sympathize with them more than the other applicants who doesn't have anything in common with your friends ● Round 4: Assessment Center – Summer Camp This round lasted days, with 64 candidates divided into groups Each group has enough members from HR, Marketing, Finance, Technology to Supply Chain The common schedule for all is training in the morning and small challenges in the afternoon There will be a “big challenge” delivered on the first day, and the teams will have to give a presentation to solve it on the last day The jury are senior leaders Each group will also have a mentor cum observer, follow the group from the beginning to the end, both during meals and on duty, group discussions after hour Advantages: You'll be able to make a broad assessment of your candidate You may see their expertise, demeanor, and attitude at work and with others by watching how they work for three days This will provide you with more information to assist you make the best hiring decision possible 14 Disadvantages: The first issue will be related to your time if you that It will take you three days to gather information on your contender And not every business is willing to invest that much money Second, even if you can physically witness the applicant at work, factors such as false candidates and your feelings will still influence your ultimate judgment ● Round 5: Final Interview This is a round of interviews with senior leaders (maybe even foreign leaders) The questions are mostly familiar, not too twisted Please answer as honestly and freely as possible, organize your thoughts, try to think, solve problems, and show your identity Advantages: You already have a lot of information about your candidate in this round As a result, it's much easier to ask your queries It will assist you in completing the necessary steps to fully comprehend your candidate The next advantage is related to the company's culture We can assess if they are a good fit for our company's vision, goal, and culture by interviewing them with top leaders Employers will be able to make more informed decisions as a result of this Disadvantages: You already have a lot of information about your candidate in this round As a result, it's much easier to ask your queries It will assist you in completing the necessary steps to fully comprehend your candidate The next advantage is related to the company's culture We can assess if they are a good fit for our company's vision, goal, and culture by interviewing them with top leaders Employers will be able to make more informed decisions as a result of this Sales Trainee Program The route and format of the Nestlé Sales Trainee rounds are similar to those of the Management Trainee Only the content will focus on sales, especially knowledge about sales in the FMCG industry Therefore, it requires very careful preparation of knowledge, and your certain passion for sales 15 3.2.2 Apply directly program If you apply directly from Nestle, you only need to go to job placement centers, and rely on the job descriptions and apply directly to Nestle's recruitment department The most important thing in the process of applying directly at Nestlé is a good CV and good interviewing skills Interviewing experience for large, multinational corporations has a lot on the internet Advantages: The first advantage of this strategy is that you will be able to acquire substantially more candidates than with the other way You will be given an overview of the market's quality of human resources The second benefit is that you will not have to invest a lot of time and money in hiring individuals because you will only need to go via recruitment centers and advertisements to find applicants Disadvantages: Although we have an advantage in terms of the number of candidates, our technique of recruitment suffers from a disadvantage The first drawback concerns the candidate's quality The quality of the candidates will also vary substantially due to the enormous quantity of applicants There are a lot of good prospects, but there are also a lot of average and bad ones, making it tough to pick the appropriate one The second downside concerns the organization's reputation; if a company uses this strategy to recruit excessively, new prospects will believe that the company is in crisis, necessitating such a large recruitment effort As a result, we must exercise extreme caution when employing this technique CHAPTER 4: CONCLUSION 16 NESTLÉ is a large corporation, so their recruitment cannot be sloppy or unprofessional through rounds of interviews. It shows that talent is not enough, employees must be quick orientations in behavior with people around Not only a face-to-face interview, but also taking advantage of Gmail to more objectively assess the professionalism of the candidates and at the same time, NESTLÉ is not constantly afraid to give its candidates the opportunity to not only work directly with in the HR department, but also interviewed with senior leaders (maybe even foreign leaders), they need in the candidate to be as honest and comfortable as possible, organize their ideas neatly, try to think, solve problems, and express your identity That shows that the success of NESTLÉ not only comes from talent in the market but also comes from the inside - managing the quality of employees through each recruitment phase It is relatively rare for senior leaders to participate in the recruitment process, but with NESTLÉ, they mostly focus on the human factor - a golden key that strengthens the company's internals 17 REFERENCE Company overview of Nestle (“toppr.com.”2018) Retrived from https://www.toppr.com/guides/commercial-knowledge/businessorganizations/company-overview-of-nestle-walmart/ The Nestle company history (“ Nestle.com.”) Retrieved from https://www.nestle.com/aboutus/history/nestle-company-history Nestle dairy ( “Nestleprofessional.com”) Retrieved from https://www.nestleprofessional.co.za/food/nestle-dairy Nestle coffee (“ Nestle.com.”) Retrieved from https://www.nestle.com/brands/coffee About our purified water (“nestlepurelife.com”) Retrived from https://www.nestlepurelife.com/about-our-purified-water Nestle fruita vital (“nestle.pk”) Retrieved from https://www.nestle.pk/brands/juices Infant formula (“Nestle.com.”) Retrived from https://www.nestle.com/aboutus/breastfeeding-nutrition/baby-milk Cereal (“ Nestle.com.”) Retrieved from https://www.nestle.com/brands/cereals Nestle Organigrama Global ( “printerest.com”) Retrieved from https://www.pinterest.com/pin/926052742097651442#imgViewer 10 Experience in applying and working at Nestlé Vietnam (“Blog.topcv.vn”) Retrieved from https://blog.topcv.vn/ung-tuyen-va-lam-viec-tai-nestle-viet-nam/ 18 ...
