College of Social Sciences and Humanities Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City The political culture is the conception of political sciences Scientists belonging to humanities sciences field have approached this matter from various directions, and even some of them do not recognize the existence of political culture, because, according to thenr, the content of political culture itself is still too ambiguous
However, according to us, political culture is the manifestation of culture in the political process and activities More specifically is a definition in political studies encyclopedia “The political culture is historical experience, memory of social community and groups in political field, it is customs and habits and tendencies being influent to individual’s and groups of individuals’ actions in political activities”
Therefore, the content of political culture includes two aspects: tradition and modern
The political culture manifests in organizing and operating of state organs and political parties; in social managing (political system); in attending in political field of political subjects and objects
Korea is a traditional oriental society Besides common
