Get a better understanding of the organizational structure and 19/01/202 working parts of the travel agency -Gather information of customers Knowing how to collect buying tour to Nha Trang in information about customers October via gmail, facebook and through social networking sites 20/01/202 zalo Enter a list of 74 guests in the North to buy a tour of Nha Getting to know the number of customers on a long tour Trang for days nights This is my first week of internship at VietDa as an assistant Everything for me is new because this is my first time working in practice In the first week, I was trained by Ms Chi She has trained me enthusiastically from using work instruments to making familiar with processes and information Beside a lot of new things, I have been trained to be more careful, tidier and thorough In the end, I got acquainted with the company’s staff They were very friendly and kind Although it will be more difficult at work, but I believe that with the support from Ms Chi and colleagues, I will get used to it soon THE SECOND WEEK Student: Nguyen Thi Minh Tam INTERNSHIP REPORT Supervisor: Phan Thi Nhu Gam (26/01/2021- 28/01/2021) - I went to VietDa Company days per week Working time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Morning : 8:00 am - 16.00 pm Days 26/01/202 Tasks - Learn how to book train tickets, airline tickets and hotel rooms for guests - Find out about the procedures for hotel reservations 27/01/202 - Find out the tour prices and attached service systems - Explore the tourism market and some attractive tourist attractions in the country as well as internationally Meeting with customers to introduce about Da NangHanoi tourism program 28/01/202 Results - Knowing how to book tickets such as trains, airplanes, and to book reservations for guests - Having more knowledge about the procedures to book a hotel Know about the services available at the hotel to serve tourists - Send confirmation mail to customers who have booked tour 03/02/2021 Write promotional articles and introduce tours - Self-design tours of surveyed sites 04/02/2021 - Feedback to customer fanpage - Arrange and prepare papers for tourists to tour Results - Knowing how to answer phone calls and answer customer questions about travel programs - Knowing how to use personal mail to send mail to customers, confirm prices, times, locations, number of guests, points in the program - Support to post tour introduction and respond to questions for customers about prices, attached services - Learning and accumulating information through research in websites on the internet - Knowing how to access the fanpage to respond to customer comments and absorb customer suggestions - Advantages : With my agility, hard work, and willingness to all the work assigned by the company, I have completed the right tasks Every day I go to work on time, obey all regulations and rules of the intern unit Besides, I have the spirit of inquisitive, diligent in searching and researching unknown issues I have a good command of computers, printers and office informatics In addition, I always create good relationships with the members of the company, ready to help people assigned jobs when needed In the end, I work on time assigned by the company to achieve high efficiency -
