LESSON PLAN UNIT 12: WATER SPORTS Student-in-charge: Hồ Quang Khải Type of lesson: Reading Student’s ID number: DAV187027 Time allowed: 45 minutes Instructor: Phạm Hoàng Anh Date: 25/02/2022 Grade: 12 Period: Class: 12A I Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: -Learn about water sports and they have knowledge to play them -Know some vocabulary related to the topic “water sports” -Improve reading skills including guessing meaning from context, passage comprehension, reading for specific information II Teaching materials: textbook, LCD projector, blackboard, handout, power point slides, colored chalk III Procedure: Time Content Warm-up: Hidden pictures 5m Teacher and Students’ Activities -T introduces the game and divides the class into two groups: group A and group B “Let’s play a game named Hidden pictures Do know this game, class?” -T shows pictures covered with cubes and asks Ss to guess the sport in the picture -Ss play the game -T decides who the winners are “Big applause for the winner class” -T leads in  Set the scene: So we have known a lot of sports so far, But you know where they play these sports They play them on land or water class?
