4.5.3. Áp trứng thành ấu thé Artemia salina
Cần 0,1g trimg Artemia salina cho mỗi lần thử vào becher, ngâm với 250ml
nước biển. Ngâm becher vào một thau nước nhỏ dé giữ nhiệt độ trong khoảng 28-
34°C (trên 35°C ấu thể sẽ chết). Che tối để kích thích ấu trung nở.
Sau 24 giờ. dùng pipette Pasteur hút chúng thả riêng vào một becher có
chữa sẵn 150 ml nước biển (nhắm tạo điêu kiện cho âu thé hô hap tốt).
4.5.4. Phương pháp thử
Mỗi loại dung địch ở nông độ khác nhau được thử nghiệm trên 3 ống thử.
Từ 6ml dung dịch mẫu cái (Smg ml). sẽ hút lấy 1000 pl, 100 pl, 10 gÌ...
cho vao các ông thứ (mỗi ông thử có thẻ tích tổng cộng sau khi thêm nước biên là 5ml, tương đương với nòng độ 1000 pg/ml, 100 pg/ml, 10 pg/ml... ).

Đồng thời mỗi đợt thir, phải thực hiện trong cùng điều kiện các mẫu chứng
(gossypol, aceton ).
Tinh LC (nông độ mà tại đó có $0% ấu thé chết trong 24 giờ).
