- Đề tài thực hiện góp phần phục vụ cho ngành công nghiệp chế biến, bảo quản nông sản thực phẩm, đặc biệt là lĩnh vực chế biến chuối tại Việt Nam.
- Làm tiền đề cho việc ứng dụng tự động hóa vào viêc chế biền các sản phẩm nông sản ở quy mô vừa và nhỏ để phát triển kinh tế nước nhà.
