A.Mục tiêu bài học:
Sau khi kết thúc tiết học, học sinh sẽ cĩ khả năng:
- Làm quen chủ đề sức khoẻ qua các cấu trúc, cụm từ mới nh: check up, medical records, take one’s temprature, measure, scales ………… cùng cấu trúc yêu cầu lịch sự với would you + V ……?
- Luyện tập đoạn hội thoaijtheo cặp, biết cách sắp xếp theo thứ tự các sự việc xảy ra trong đoạn hội thoại.

A1. Listen. Then practice with a partner: 1. Presents: In the last lesson we learnt about personal hygiene teeth protection. In the
today’s lesson, we’ll continue discussing topic on health: Medical check up & common
diseases.
- Ask sts to look at part A1(107) . ? Ask Sts:
1. Who are they in the picture? 2. Where are they?
3. What do you think they’re doing? 4. Where are these sts from?
5. What’re they doing?
- Set the scene: “ The sts of QT cschool are having a medical check up. Can you guess what they will do in a check up?”.
* Pre- teach vocabulary:
+ a medical check- up (n):Buổi khám SK. + medical record (n): phiếu khám SK. + measure (v): đo.
+ height (n): chiều cao. + scale (n): cái cân. + weigh (v): cân.
Note: 370C: Thirty- seven degree celsius or centigrade (370C- ba phân).
