**Quy tắc ngữ pháp và văn phong** **Giới từ** * Dùng "in" cho nơi chốn khép kín, "at" cho địa điểm nhỏ, "on" cho bề mặt. **Thời** * Sử dụng thì hiện tại đơn để diễn tả các sự kiện thông thường hoặc sự thật. * Sử dụng thì hiện tại tiếp diễn để diễn tả các hành động đang diễn ra. * Sử dụng thì hiện tại hoàn thành để diễn tả các hành động đã hoàn thành trong quá khứ. **Động từ** * Sử dụng động từ bất quy tắc chính xác. * Kiểm tra số ít-số nhiều của chủ ngữ khi chia động từ. * Tránh lạm dụng thì quá khứ hoàn thành. **Danh từ** * Sử dụng danh từ đếm được hoặc không đếm được chính xác. * Dùng mạo từ "a" hoặc "an" trước danh từ đếm được số ít. **Tính từ** * Sử dụng tính từ so sánh chính xác cho so sánh hơn và hơn nhất. * Đặt tính từ trước danh từ mà chúng mô tả. **Trạng từ** * Sử dụng trạng từ thường xuyên để tăng cường thông tin. * Tránh lạm dụng trạng từ kết thúc bằng "-ly". **Phong cách** * Sử dụng giọng văn chủ động thay vì bị động. * Tránh lặp từ. * Phân đoạn hợp lý. * Kiểm tra lỗi chính tả và ngữ pháp cẩn thận.
