decision making for short term

Các cuộc họp thảo luận nhóm đa chuyên khoa (MDT) được sử dụng để tối ưu hóa việc ra quyết định của các chuyên gia về các lựa chọn điều trị, nhưng chuyên môn như vậy không thể chuyển nhượng giữa các trung tâm theo phương thức điện tử. Để giúp chuẩn hóa việc ra quyết định y tế, chúng tôi đã phát triển một mô hình học máy được thiết kế để dự đoán các quyết định của MDT về phương pháp điều trị thuốc bổ trợ ung thư vú. Chúng tôi đã phân tích các quyết định của MDT liên quan đến liệu pháp toàn thân bổ trợ cho 1065 ca ung thư vú trong hơn 8 năm. Các bộ phân loại học máy có hoặc không có tập hợp ngẫu nhiên có trọng số bù trừ tương quan với các quyết định của MDT (khuyến nghị, không khuyến nghị hoặc có thể thảo luận) về phương pháp điều trị bổ trợ bằng thuốc độc tế bào, nội tiết và sinh học / có mục tiêu, sau đó được thử nghiệm khả năng dự đoán bằng xác nhận gấp mười lớp có phân tầng. Các dự đoán thu được sau đó được so sánh với các dự đoán dựa trên hướng dẫn ung thư đã công bố (ESMO và NCCN).
